The hotel itself is great. The area around the hotel is the red light district. Getting solicited 4 times at 7am on my way to a breakfast cafe is not good. The area is a non stop assault on the senses.

Good location

Hotel was very clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was excellent Staff friendly. Good location. Only downside was wifi kept dropping out every 30 to 60mins. Had to ring reception for them to reset the router, not ideal. Still only 1 English tv channel, BBC news 24. In this day and age of streaming tv, more channel choice should be a no brainer

Nice location! Good for business trip!

Nice location! Staffs are friendly and kind. It was great that i could store my luggage before checkin for free. Plus, breakfast was fresh and yummy. There was a spring for bath on 28th floor for free. It was clean and it relieved my stress. TV in the room automatically provides information in various languages

Overall the hotel is kept up - our room was always clean (including bed & bathroom) We always had fresh robes slippers and towels. The cleaning staff is amazing. The public bathes were great! The laundry area in the men’s public bath though needed to be cleaned better. And although Apa can’t help it, the area outside is dirty and quite seedy. Homeless people passed out on the sidewalk and prostitution was rampant including in the hotel with 50 year old men coming and going with 20 year old women which disgusts me. I don’t know what can can do about this but I wouldn’t ever stay there again
