Great amenities. Enjoyed the daily continental breakfast as well as the happy hour. The rooms were small compared to western standards but on the higher side for Japanese standards. Would definitely stay again.

Free continental-ish breakfast in the lounge every morning with refreshments and donuts in the evening. Free bottled water and toiletry at the front desk counter also available to guests. The room and lobby design is modern with a dark aesthetic. Comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping practices. Totally non intrusive staff.

Great stay with young children, hotel is the perfect location for Shinjuku Station, has all the amenities you need. Rooms are tiny as expected but very clean, some of the staff were quite miserable.

Great location, near but not in the middle of Shinjuku, and a quick walk from Shinjuku Station. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Fun continental breakfast, and the "Free Flow" Happy Hour (5-9 PM) with a wide choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks was greatly appreciated. Hotel lobby is modern but casual, and encouraged interaction with other guests; this was great because we were able meet people and swap recommendations and experiences. The A/C worked great and was able to maintain a cool temperature (19.5-20.0° C), and the beds were very comfortable- nice and firm. Loved the pajamas they provided, a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless, and provided a tub (which is getting to be a rare thing these days). Complaints- we had a room with two twin beds, and it was quite small even for Japanese standards; we have had larger accommodations on a cruise ship. There was literally no place for luggage (had them lined up in the small hallway, and minimal storage spaces. Also, the carpet was absolutely filthy, definitely in need of a cleaning. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, and were able to get a good night's sleep the entire week we were there.

On behalf of a solo traveler, on my own in Tokyo; thank you so soooo much for your incredible, free Happy Hour in the lobby every night. It allowed me to meet people, and, not feel alone (and drink a ton of French Wines!). Well done. Also, the fabric spray in the room, to freshen your clothes, after a long day, is an amazing touch I've never experienced before

As expected, hotel and rooms were small. Our room and bathroom were clean but quite stuffy. The staff were ok, not the most courteous or happiest we’ve encountered in Japan. We’re not big drinkers so we didn’t take advantage of the happy hour during our stay. Most guests were English-speaking (American mostly) tourists here so it can get rowdy, especially during happy hour, but that is expected from the area. Though this is near Kabukicho (red light district), it was far enough from the crowd. Train stations were also about 8-10 min walk away, not accounting for the time walking through the train stations. Decent stay but expensive for what it was because we went during cherry blossom season. Would not stay again.

Great location. Not too loud area in city. Shinjuku cross about a ten min walk. All staff was very helpful , friendly, and spoke English/ understood it well. Very accommodating to every ask we had. The standard queen room space was definitely too small. I had read this before booking ; just confirming it is very small. Bathroom as well. Somehow it is raised off the floor-almost like a porta potty- very small- but doable for people who travel light and are barely in the room when traveling.
