Great room. Corner unit with a train view. Literally right next to Tokyo station making it convenient for both food and transportation. The front door was a bit confusing. Just stay to the left. The hotel elevator is right there. Lobby is in the 27th floor. That had me confused until I wasn't :)

First time in Tokyo and found this hotel to be very convenient for my needs. It is right next to Tokyo station where to can go pretty much everywhere from as well as Shinkansen. There is a wide variety of food options within a one block radius of the hotel. Would come back again if I found myself coming to Tokyo.

For us, The incredible views were the highlight of this magnificent hotel. All rooms are between the 27th and 34th floors. The hotel is beautifully appointed, incredibly convenient and central to Everything, and the air conditioning was fabulously cool and the rooms are very clean and fresh. I'm writing back about Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi months after my trip because I am still thinking about what a highlight this hotel was for me and my partner's first trip to Tokyo/Japan. She still gets sad thinking about how we can't book this hotel for our next trip back next year. I initially picked this hotel because of its location to the central Tokyo train station and figured it would be pretty convenient along with having a great view of all the tracks. Let me tell you that it exceeded all expectations in that regard, the convenience of having the station a minutes walk away was 10/10. And the view from our room overlooking the tracks and seeing all the lights in central Tokyo at night was quite a sight to behold. The staff service was top notch. We got by with some english and a bit of japanese. Front desk was very helpful answering questions whether it be about the hotel or travel. One highlight was that the cleaning staff folded our laundry for us after we left it out on the bed in a pile to dry for the day, unprompted! We very much appreciated the gesture. The room itself was a bit on the smaller end but I would say was proportionate to the price we paid. The amenities were everything we needed and the room was cleaned everyday. We would 100% come back if the chance comes up again.

Amazing hotel. My only comment is that rooms with 2 beds cant accommodate 4 people as sold by Expedia. That should be corrected.
