Really nice hotel, the corner view was incredible! Very nice bathroom & the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is okay, we only did it once and decided not to again. Good proximity to Seoul station but it was a little difficult navigating Seoul station to find the hotel. We chose the hotel specifically to have access to Seoul station but budget in 10-15 minutes navigating from hotel room to platform. I do wish they had more than 3 washer/dryer and it takes a while to dry the clothes so if you need to do laundry, be ready for it to take 2-3 hours.

The staff are super helpful in all the ways throughout the stay, swift and quality services. The room is a bit disappointed as it’s a bit old and the fridge and some lighting is out of order. The bedding is good, air cond is good too, overall, it’s a comfortable stay.

We are a family of 4 and the double bed room sounded so small for us but it was actually plenty of space with beds the rooms are smaller then US but it was just enough for our 4 luggage’s too. Staff is friendly. We Sent our laundry out to get wash it was back the same night folded and pack. Staff was so friendly and spoke English. Close to everything. Tokyo station is literally in the same side walk. There’s a convenience store down stairs. Coffee shops etc. Thank you for hospitality

The most convenient way to experience Tokyo. Immaculate hotel with a spectacular restaurant above the hub of the train system. Simply take the elevator downstairs and go anywhere in the city with absolute ease. The Imperial Palace is a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops galore. 10/10. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location immediately adjacent to Tokyo Station. Wonderful service. There was always someone at the front desk, even when we checked in close to 12 midnight. The breakfast buffet was a great value. And the views of Tokyo as well as Tokyo Station were outstanding.

the staff was very nice. breakfast buffet was very good, with american and japanese food ..it was right next door to the tokyo station. we walked to a marunouchi mall.
