Plus point - hotel provided the necessary items required such as toiletries, comb, tea, etc Room was extremely small so it was a bit uncomfortable. We flew in from Vancouver and arrived in the hotel close to 11 pm. When we were informed that our check out time was at 10 am, we requested for a later check out at noon but was told we had to pay extra. We had already paid a lot for one night's stay. We will NOT stay in this hotel again/Tokyu Rei chain when we visit Japan the next time

Good location as in close in Shibuya, lobby is nice but the rooms are super outdated and the bathroom is beyond tiny, like being a cruise ship or caravan. Our window also faced out to another building so we were looking at a wall. Next time I would spend a little extra money for a nicer place and be way more comfortable overall. I think staying in Shibuya is also the equivalent of staying in surfers paradise on the gold coast and not thinking it’s very nice… it’s just super touristy and busy - there are way better places to stay which for a short walk or train trip are a much nicer overall experience (speaking as an Aussie)

The location was unbeatable for the price. Conveniently close to everything a first time visitor to Japan would want to see! Shibuya station was easily accessible right outside the hotel doors (Exit B2). Hotel room was clean and minimal without all the fluff, just how we like it. The rooms are small but that was to be expected. The staff were friendly, helpful and not intrusive. Family of 4 reserved 2 rooms and was placed next to each other without even being asked! Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Excellent central location. Great transportation links. Hotel was really clean. Staff accommodating and friendly. All you can eat breakfast for a reasonable price, plenty of selection both asian and western options. There was also a selection of free products for guests in the hotel lobby (razor, tooth brush etc) Smoking pods with zero smell - which as a none smoker i found great. Comfortable room and beds. Would recommended Bad point (sorry) - there was a laundry room with 2 dryers, 2 washing machines, and a 3rd with both. Dryers didnt dry very well. But staff did give us more hangers for our room.

First time in Tokyo and our stay here was great! Rooms are quite small compared to North American hotels but that didn’t bother us at all as we were rarely in our hotel! Staff were friendly and everything was clean! Would stay again

We arrived early expecting to request our luggage to be held until check in time in 3 hours, but friendly staff invited me to join the loyalty program (for free) to be able to check in earlier. That was an unexpected and welcome surprise. The rooms were cozy, but fine. Beds are firm but not rock hard. We purchased breakfast tickets in advance for a discount and appreciated the convenience and variety of foods, which we enjoyed every morning there. Refilling stations in the hallway for cold water were great. Location of the hotel was very convenient also.
