Good Area to Stay!

My daughter and I had a good 10 nights stay. The room has a humidifier, heater and a fan. The aircon works fine. We had a room facing the lift but we hardly hear any noise. Room is small. I bought rubber hooks to use in the toilet and also on the full line mirror. The hooks help to keep the bed tidy. Laundry room is on 5th floor. Cost ¥400 Per wash and dryer cost ¥200 per 30min. A decent dry needs 2 cycles. Detegent is ¥100 from front desk. This hotel is right next to Shibuya shopping areas and within 2 min walking to Shibuya station/Shibuya crossing. It is very conveneint area to set up as your base in Tokyo. Shibuya Scamble Square across the street has some fancier brands. Lobby has all the toliletries you would need, facial cream, toner, hair oil etc. Yes its a crowded area. But we are tourists. Its good to return each evening and still able to go shopping at Shibuya.

Wonderful service, wonderful location, tiny room

The location was perfect... walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. 2 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Service was excellent... the staff were so nice and helpful. The room was tiny with not a lot of space to store luggage.

The staff were great, and knew english. The location is unbeatable with quick and easy access to Shibuya station and it was always fun hanging out at Miyashita park. The room was perfect for our budget and the staff offered to hold our bags for a while after we checked out.

We stayed for 3 nights, and it was an ideal spot for jumping off to explore Tokyo. Shibuya has no end of shopping and dining options, and the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station. The hotel and rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and prompt with anything we needed. It was raining the entire time, so complementary umbrellas were appreciated. My only complaint is that the room was TINY for two people, but we made due. Given the location, that could be expected but nevertheless I would recommend it more for one person. I would certainly stay there again, particularly if I come on my own.

The property is in a great location close to Shibuya Station. The staff was also very friendly. However, the rooms are incredibly small and not updated as reflected in the listing. The room had a musty odor and the bathroom felt like an RV wet bath. The original booking was 3 nights and we checked out after 1 night. The staff was great and the overall review is not reflective of their service, but rather the property which is more of a 1 - 2 star hotel, not 3 as indicated by Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia and the hotel refunded the additional 2 nights after check-out.

We had a good time at shibuya, and the hotel is very goood the staff even let us check in early. Close to station, shopping centers and attractions. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Perfect location for exploring Tokyo. In the heart of Shibuya with a walkway to the station directly outside the door. The Scramble is just round the corner then you're in to the throes of the district. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. Family Mart with ATM just a few doors down too. Rooms very quiet which was surprising given the proximity to the melee of Shibuya. Amenities were spot on. We didn't need to bring any toiletries at all. Everything was provided. Would happily stay there again. Didn't have breakfast there but it looked like it should be excellent.

Beside being near Shibuya station, NOTHING much about the hotel is nice, staff stand around talking to each other, not greeting the guests even when they walk passed them. I mean if the hotel doesn't welcome foreigner guests then the hotel should not take in any of them. Why make the paying guests uncomfortable? If the hotel need the money from the foreigner then it is better to do the hospitality job as trained in any hospitality school, unless the staff has NEVER under go such training. I will not recommend this hotel & the room is also very dusty even it is clean daily.
