Staffs were real nice. The hotel Building is huge and old, but elevators worked. The room lights were a problem; the Breakfast disappointing, the breakfast area is just too busy and chaotic, I wouldn’t recommend.

I booked higher floor premium expecting a better view as seen from the photos as oppose to the much cheaper lower floor. But was very much disappointed, the Tokyo tower is not visible from the room. The room looks dark with carpet that is dark. The room is small as expected but looks smaller with the way the furniture is arranged. The entry to toilet has a step that makes it a recipe for injury due to no distinction in floor transition. The room is not worth the price I paid for. The checking in is very impersonal using the check in machine kiosk. The entry hall is empty that would make you think no receptionist around to help you. I would have chosen the next door hotel or a much lower floor with ordinary view had I known that the advertise view is not real. We had wonderful hotels with a view during our 20 days travel all over Japan and it was such a disappointment with our last day having stayed in this hotel.

Good for having a 3-adult room in Tokyo even though it was small. Wallpaper was peeling considerably by the room entrance with multiple repair attempts visible. Breakfast buffet line was very long on a Saturday so we had the Japanese buffet which was good and available immediately. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to Haneda and Shinagawa Station.

The hotel is nice, though the room is a bit small. We stayed there twice during our recent trips. During our first stay, the bathroom had mold on the tiles. On our second stay, the bathroom was cleaner, but it still had an unpleasant, not-so-fresh smell—I ended up spraying perfume to make it better.
