Good points about the hotel is that is near the train station, amenities were good. Daily cleaning is also well done. Check in and out is smooth. However, one not so good point is the size of the room is small, unable to fully open our luggages with the space. Also there are not enough charging points in the room so it becomes a hassle to try to charge the electronics

Breakfast is wonderful. Place excellent, well located, very close subway. Only negative aspect related bedroom floor was not cleaned and under the bed was not cleaned also. But overall place was above expectations, certainly will be back again.

Excellent location next to the Shinagawa station , our room was spotless on 18th floor with great views. Staff were professional and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay, will come back next week when back to Tokyo again.

Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Although the front desk person knew nothing of the metro map. Another staff member had to tell him about it. He wasn’t helpful at all. Too many foreigners at the hotel.
