Room was clean upon enter and cleaning. The products in the bathroom was pleasing. The guest staff were pleasant and helpful upon sign in. The hotel was huge, bowling, aqua park, shopping all within and steps away from the train. Def would stay again.

Old,run down ,not very friendly staff. Didnt let earlier check in and when room was ready wanted to charge extra. It was clean and good l9carion ,close to station.

The hotel is very large, and right at a JR/subway station that's convenient for transportation. There are different places for breakfast within the complex - we ate at 3 different restaurants - all good. The Pivot was probably the nicest.
