We stayed here twice with a week in between in Osaka. They stored our luggage free and it was an easy retrieval when we returned. Food court, bowling and a 7-11 on the property.

Better than I expected. Yes rooms are not that big and are a bit dated, check in took a while but the staff were nice and helpful. The location is super convenient for trains and getting around Tokyo, eating places, a Seria, convenience store and supermarket all really close by. We went bowling during our stay and used the food court the first night which was handy. We used the left luggage option as we stayed both ends of our visit to Japan and the staff were very helpful when we couldn't find our luggage tag on the return. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. I do think it's expensive for the room, although we loved the view over the station, but for everything else it was worth it.

Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel just across the street from a main station. You can basically get to anywhere in Tokyo within 40 minutes of the hotel by train/subway/metro. The hotel has inside it a movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, and an entire mall, including a convenience store. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious by Japanese standards. They have a few different towers (all connected), so took a bit to figure out which one we were in.

Convenient and fun

We chose this hotel due to an event we were attending at “Club eX”, which is part of this rather (for Tokyo at least) massive property that reminded me of a Las Vegas style casino hotel, with multiple floors of shops, a wide variety of restaurants in an open-air courtyard, a food court, movie theater, as well as the hotel’s own bar and restaurants, all right across the street from a Shinkansen (bullet train) station and the subway. It’s also a very quick train or taxi from the Haneda Airport, and you’ll find plenty of local shops and restaurants within a fifteen minute walk in virtually any direction. Staff was very friendly and efficient — this is a busy hotel, and while the lines for check-in and the massive breakfast buffet can me long, they move surprisingly quickly.
