The property was clean, well run and in a great location. The room was spacious with a great view of the Skytree Tower. Each day our beds were made and the towels and bottled waters refreshed which was really appreciated. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I love the airport transportation, makes things easy. I like the Metro and JR subways lines were 10 minute walk, and the staff is great. The rooms where spacious and clean. My only negative is the bed wasn't the most comfortable but the overall area and hotel experience was great

This is a Great Hotel. Wonderful location. Close to train, shopping, food. Amazing views. Rooms were just VERY outdated. Our room had an old musky smell to it. BUT, rooms were clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. We got a 3 bed room as rooms were very small and we wanted the extra room (we folded up couch). All in all I’d stay there again..

Great hotel. The breakfast is just the same thing everyday. Not worth the price if you are paying for kids to join in for breakfast as they don't eat as much. Overall a good hotel to stay in. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Very clean and really close to a station (but not noisy) and 20-25 minute walk to the Tokyo Sky tower.
