Initial room had an a/c problem which caused the room to smell like mildew. The desk clerk kindly moved us to a much better room. The bed was quite comfortable. However the dumpsters outside were emptied at 3:35 am! This was very loud and disruptive to sleep. I did inform the desk clerk about this and told them it would be worth a conversation when th the trash removal company to empty the bins at a later hour to avoid disruption to hotel guests. Breakfast was okay. Sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, toast. No bagels, waffles, cereal or milk were provided. Courtyard area was very nice, but the hotel is close to the highway and highway noise was noticeable.

Usually a great place to stay

I hate to post this, because I have stayed here for years, and I'm usually pleased with the property. However, I was disappointed with this trip... Only 1of 3 ice machines working (1 has been broken for MONTHS, another unit was completely gone, but the plumbing was left laying on the floor). Breakfast buffet only had 1 of 4 juice options available, NO fresh fruit, NO syrup for the waffles, NO yogurt in the case (had to request it). Also, the pool water was not a color I've ever seen. The overnight front desk person needs a little retraining on what topics are discussed with other personnel and the volume at which they are spoken. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean (although dated... hopefully, after a great looking exterior face-lift, they'll address the interior),The housekeeping staff is ALWAYS AMAZING, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Overall, I was disappointed with this stay... it's usually a quiet and well-run facility... nothing fancy, but enjoyable. I will give them another chance.

Lobby and common area was nice.our room 247 was terrible! Ac didn't work well and shut on and off all night long even though set at 60 and never got there.toilet ran had to wiggle to get it to stop. Faucet in sink was like using a crow bar to turn on the water. Tub had some kind of speckled stuff on it that looked like someone sprinkled it with paint. Towel bar broken off the wall, not repaired. Carpet had spots/torn..breakfast was standard and ok. We had a truck and trailer and concerned about the safety. At 8pm upon arrival there was a guy in a vehicle that seemed he was living in it. Lighting was ok but signs telling you to not leave any valuables in vehicles. The only acceptable was that it was clean. Old property...definitely needs a major make over. How it got a very good rating I have no idea. Maybe we got the worst room since we booked through a third party.
