Great place to stay in Toronto.

Great place to stay no matter what you’re doing—great public transit access, lots to do in the neighborhood, which is near the university and just 15 minutes by subway from downtown. It’s also a charming spot — an old Victorian house converted into hotel rooms. The bar & restaurant next door is great too — a nearby option for a drink or quick bite. Highly recommend

It's nice to stay in a house and not a big hotel. It was a little inconvenient to have to track down the manager at the Madison pub next door to get a key for the room. Our first night was quiet, however, the next two (Friday and Saturday) the music and young patrons from the pub were so loud and kept us up until early morning hours. We made a noise complaint with the police after calling the manager of the pub requesting the music be turned down. I would not suggest staying here on a weekend.

I was pleasantry surprised by the quality of this boutique hotel. It is adjacent to a popular university pub. Very convenient to hop on tjr TTC. Very nice walking in that area! Lots of sites.

We chose this place because we like to try quirky places. This is an old building, so as expected things aren’t always super modern or work as they should. We stayed in rm. 304. It was hot while we were there, no windows open but air was pretty good and the room had a ceiling fan. Bathroom is small and unfortunatel lots of hair in it, which tells me it wasn’t cleaned.

Vintage is a great word to describe this place. Party central with all the bars attached. But the rooms are clean and the ac works great. Bed was comfy. Great to drop your stuff off and explore Toronto and then come back and have a few drinks before bed. Staff was super friendly!

Toronto a great hotel stay in Spadina

I was most pleased with my choice of hotel as it was quirky, quaint and quiet I missed a refrigerator however readily available ice was a passable substitute Love ly friendly, helpful staff Having meals and drinks at the adjoining pub was most convenient Public transport near by was fabulous so easy to explore Toronto

The hotel responded to my request very promptly and positively. Excellent communication! The room was cleaned daily, coffee supplies were regularly replenished, and there was a convenient option to store luggage. I was very satisfied with the service.
