We had a great stay at the resort. The kids loved the pool and the game room. There are few shops and restaurants in the resort. The food was not so good, but it was convenient to get something if you are hungry. The only thing we didn’t like was the loud noise coming from the bar. We couldn’t sleep the first night but the next day we switched rooms so it was much better. Overall we had great stay and the staff was nice and helpful.

Definitely needs to be updated/cleaned. Hinges in bathroom were rusty, elevator was dirty, shower was terrible, sheets on bed were inside out, etc. I guess I thought I was staying in the tower that was shown with my reservation, not the outdated rooms adjacent to the tower. Hotel did have lots of shopping and activities but everything closed early, so we couldn’t enjoy any amenities.

Everything was great. Parking was a challenge to find a spot. And I wish the shops stayed open later. The vending machine took $3.00 of my money, and they were not conveniently located. The room was great, nice and clean.

This place was amazing. Property is huge. Every part of our experience at GTRS was top shelf. Our room was in the tower on the 8th floor and had a wonderful view. The complex had everything, shopping, pools, bars, casual and formal dining. Very comfortable for either a casual or upscale getaway. We never felt the need to leave. The recreational area had workout facilities, a studio for fitness training, 2 indoor pools, a splash pad, 3 hot tubs and a seasonal pool area with a pool house.

The back area is in desperate need of pathway lighting. Very dark. The coffee shop was nice but consistently understaffed- long wait. Overall nice property and would stay again.
