Good option right off the highway

The room was clean, spacious, and he had a comfortable bed. The front desk young lady was very efficient and helpful. This hotel needs a serious update but it was clean and very conveniently located.

Made reservations on hotel.com we had 4 adults and one small child. The woman at the front desk told us we had to get two rooms. We left. I called to cancel through hotel.com and the lady from the hotel said she wasn’t going to refund my money. Hotels.com said they would resolve it. I’ll let you know later if the charged was removed

The stay was overall good but the shower was not cleaned prior to us checking in. It still had long black hairs all over the bottom. The beds and pillows were very comfy though!

The location was convenient and easy to access. However, the hot water was not working, the ice machine was out of order, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. It’s suitable for a quick overnight stop if you're just passing through, but not ideal for a longer stay.

We only stayed for 7 hours but noticed the room was very dirty. Hair all over bathroom floor, shower didn’t look clean at all and trash/food on the carpet. The coffee in the room was the worst ever. The tv was also very dirty. Didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet that’s how unsettling it was. Would not recommend. I wish I would’ve taken pics but had to hit the road! Can’t review the breakfast, left before it was available.

Was not satisfied with the cleanliness . Thats is a big deal to me. You can tell the room wasnt swept or moped right has crust in the corners. The sink had some kind of facial hair from previous guest that wasnt cleaned right. The blankets smelled like dirt like they have been there a while. Ive stayed at other quality inns in past and it was a great stay which is why i booked. This one we stayed at will not reccommend or be staying again juat because of the cleanliness. Also pool wasnt even open
