Do not stay here. The rooms are unclean and smell and the property is extremely loud with people screaming, laughing, running. Would never stay here again, and staff are unapologetically uncaring.

The room was descent for the cost but the 36 cockroaches we killed was too much for us! We left two days early! Don’t stay in room 115! Haven’t seen any money come back into my account….

The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean upon arrival and remained well maintained throughout our stay. The price was also very reasonable, which added to the overall positive experience. The only area that could use improvement is the bathroom, it felt a bit small, and the toilet was loose. Overall, I would gladly stay here again.

Hotel condition overall was unsat for PAYINGA CUSTOMERS. The rooms our party had were absolutely disgusting and had things either falling apart or broken all over. The elevators in one building didn't work. There were stains on some of our sheets and the bathroom had hair all over it, clearly the room was completely turned over. Desk staff were nice for the most part but extremely disorganized and weren't communicating because they kept double booking our rooms. I Was paranoid another person would walk into room. Says hotel is under renovation but that's an understatement. The entire building should be gutted and redone before charging anyone money to stay there. Not very secure when all the outside doors are left propped open and card readers are pointless. I can go on longer but the point is spend the extra $$$ and stay somewhere else, if I could've canceled after the 1st night without losing my money I would've RAN across the street to another facility!

The property was previously a combo Clarion/Econolodge and is pretty run-down; Ramada is in the process of renovating but I feel like they’re taking their time. Still, for the price, it was serviceable (for a short stay) and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond.

Excellent stay clean rooms and a great price. Bar and grill on the inside and big place with lots of room. I enjoyed my and the was extremely nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place

One of the worst stay ever. Rooms were filthy, 1st room assigned toliet was loose, barely attached to the floor. Second room, keys would not open the door, multiple trips to lobby to try to get in the room. Maintenance finally opened the door and said he would replace the batteries, never did. Each return to room required multiple trips to lobby to gain entrance. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never replaced towels etc, which required more trips to lobby. Elevators were broken (2) only one working. Obvious smell of hydraulic fluid when elevator was in use. Mold in the shower, doubt the wall behind the bathroom door has been cleaned in years. Staff was pleasant, but never fixed any problem. Yes, under remodeling, but needs wholesale renovation or just demolished. Will never ever stay there again. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.

This facility was not clean, smelled of smoke and was rundown. AC was broken, and toilet would not flush. Staff had unsafe practices in place and ended up with a key to another person’s room through hostess’s mistake! Asked for a refund (which they provided) and changed motels.

Loved our stay! The property is under a huge renovation. We had a couple very minor issues. The maintenance guy was on top of it. I can't even imagine how busy he must be with all the work being completed. But when we had a little issue, he was right there to take care of it! The lobby is clean and very nice. Our room was very clean, comfy bed, great shower, nice towels, and new furniture It was bit noisy at night, you could hear the neighbors tv throgh the wall. (you cant fix that, its a hotel) Also, they need the tall toilets. lol The shower/toilet area is extremely small but it works. Breakfast was great! Looking forward to our next extended stay. We will be back. Thank yoi.

Stay was good for the price. Staff was friendly and that's usually the most important factor for me. I do wish it was a bit cleaner. We had 2 rooms and one of the bath tubs didn't look like it was cleaned all the way. A couple complaints are that most of the lights in one room were missing the light bulbs and the ice machine wasn't working.

Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it.
