Helppo sisÀÀn pÀÀsy, hyvÀ sijainti ja siisti. Moderni sisÀltÀ. Ainoastaan ÀÀnieristys voisi olla parempi, mutta onneksi suurempaa hÀiriöÀÀntÀ ei kuulunut. Ilmastointi ei mielestÀni ollut pÀÀllÀ enkÀ saanut sitÀ paneelista pÀÀlle. TÀstÀ syystÀ sisÀllÀ oli hieman liian lÀmmintÀ. Onneksi terassin oven sai yöksi auki ja kÀyttöön oli tarjottu myös tuuletin.

A good overall experience. Nice location, modern, neat. A few points of improvement, though. The instructions on the appliances should be available on-site or online. The temperature of the apartment was uncomfortably hot during the arrival and though there was a thermostat, it didn't function.

Uusi toimiva huoneisto

Helteinen kiva viikonloppuyö Turussa lÀhellÀ Linnaa ja Suomen Joutsenta, vÀhÀ sivussa ydinkeskustasta. Huoneistossa kaikki oli uutta ja neutraalin ki asti sisustettua. SÀngyt olivat hyvÀt. KeittiössÀ ja kylppÀrissÀ kaikki tarvittava pesukoneita myöden, huoneisto sopii hyvin pidempÀÀnkin oleskeluun, jos ei halua syödÀ ulkona koko ajan. Astiat olivat osin likaisia, laitoi lÀhteissÀ koneeseen kaikki mikÀ mahtui. Samoin pikku-parvekkeen olisi voinut pyyhkÀistÀ, kun siitepölykausi on jo ohi - lattia ja tuoli likaiset. Huoneisto edellyttÀÀ puhelinta, jossa akussa virtaa ja wifi sillÀ lukon avaaminen vaatii wifiin kirjautumisen jokaisella sisÀÀn tulemisella. PysÀköinti -sitten kun saatavilla - kannattaa ottaa huoneiston lusÀpalveluna, silla ainakin kesÀviikonloppuna pysÀköintitilaa oli kadunvarressa huonosti. Huoneistossa ei ole viilennystÀ. Kokonaisuutena hyvÀ yöpyminen!

KeskellÀ rakennustyömaata sijaitseva reissutyölÀisten majoituspaikka. Ei sovellu pariskunnille eikÀ perhelomailuun. Perhestudio on tavallisen hotellihuoneen kokoinen. ParisÀnky on pöytÀ, voit sitten valita onko huoneessa sÀnky vai pöytÀ. Jos pöytÀ on avattu sÀngyksi, sitten lattiapintaa ei enÀÀ olekaan, eikÀ sen puoleen pöytÀÀkÀÀn. Majapaikassa ei ole henkilökuntaa vaan pÀivystys on puhelimitse. PÀivystyksen pitÀisi toimia 24/7, mutta kukaan ei vastannut kun keskellÀ yötÀ palohÀlytyksen huutaessa yritimme soittaa. Jouduin mm. itse rauhoittelemaan hÀtÀÀntyneitÀ ulkomaalaisia asukkaita ja pÀÀstÀmÀÀn palokunnan sisÀlle rakennukseen. Joku kyllÀstynyt asukas hiljensi hÀlytyksen repimÀllÀ kÀytÀvÀn palohÀlyttimet irti, mikÀ ei puurakenteisessa talossa lisÀÀ turvallisuutta. TÀllÀ kokemuksella en suosittele. Worst stay ever! Not suitable for couples or families. The "Family studio" is a normal room with a table that transforms into a double bed. So, you can choose to have a bed or to have a table. If you open the table to be a bed, it covers all the floor and you have no room to walk around. There is no personnel. The reception is a phone service which should work 24/7. In our experience, it did not. We had a bad experience fire alarm in the middle of the night with me being the only one to respond to it. Nobody in the building knew what was going on and the hiisi homes service number not answering. I do not recommend

Sehr guter Zustand und Sauberkeit. Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Schiff. Rund um die Unterkunft ist eine gr0ße Baustelle, so dass es nur sehr eingeschrĂ€nkte Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.
