The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room smelled soooo much of cigarette smoke that they had left the window cracked open so it was like a walk in freezer when we walked in. It took a good 2 hrs to air it out some more so it was a little annoying having to wear double clothing to warm up under our blankets. Breakfast could have been a bit better.

The rooms were old, and really need to be updated. The bathroom door was falling apart and looked like it had been underwater. The tile around the tub was really unsightly and the carpet was dark and smelly. The staff was fine, the continental breakfast was very weak, cereal, toast or 1 waffle maker. Coffee horrid.

The bed was broken, dipped in the middle. Creaked every time you moved. Got absolutely no sleep. Overpriced for what you get.

The location was close to the freeways but either had to make a u turn at the light to get to it's entrance or turn around in the shopping mall street right next to it. Other than that it was nice but not nice enough for an anniversary stay, my mistake.

Great location! Especially for shows @ Cascades

Clean. Accessible. Convenient to shops. Kind staff. Ample parking. Ample hot water & good shower pressure. No frills but all needs met. Eco friendly. Affordable. Stayed here for a concert at the Cascades Amphitheater and took an uber to the 99th street transit station. After reading about all the horrors of parking at the venue this hotel was a perfect location for a fuss free night!

It’s a budget friendly place. Good for a quick stop while on the road. My kids enjoyed the pool and the staff were nice. Hotel is a bit outdated and it doesn’t have an elevator. So don’t expect luxury for the price.

Absolutely horrible place I couldn't check in until 3:00 but I had a funeral to go to at 11:00 had been driving all night and they had the nervous to ask me for $40 to be able to check in early I told you I was burying my son he told me sorry about that $40 or 3:00 is when you check in so of course I slept in my car the best I could went to the service after the service went to go and check in and then they asked me for a $200 deposit poor place never again wish I would
