The room was bright and clean when I walked in. Microwave and refrigerator both worked. I was conveniently located next to the pool which allowed for a relaxing sit in the Jacuzzi after visiting family. The dog walk was beautiful. I will definitely book here again.

This is a terrible hotel with unprofessional staff. Go to the Hotel 6 Ventura Beach where the staff is more friendly and it is only a couple of blocks from the beach. Terrible customer service here and it smells like cigeratte smoke. We switched hotels

Check in was with a man on a kiosk screen. Not very personable. The area didn't seem safe. The woman at the front desk went out and checked for a vagrant on a bicycle that was riding around in the parking lot scoping out the parked cars. The room was ok. It would have been nice to have USB ports in the room. The pillows were uncomfortable.
