Absolute terrible stay

My stay was absolutely terrible… as soon as I walked into the lobby, I saw a roach and then I got into the elevator to go to the third floor, and there was another roach… My room was very clean, but that was about the only clean thing from this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for four nights five days… Of those four nights three of them were absolutely terrible and I couldn’t sleep. The people in rooms close to me were always blasting music throughout the day and into the evening and on many occasions were screaming and fighting with each other in the hallway, what sounded like right outside of my door until 4 AM. On my last night I was woken up at 2 AM to screaming and fighting. It was sounded like my door being slammed… I packed my bags and checked out of this hotel 3 1/2 hours earlier than I planned to because I just had to get out of there… Absolute worst experience of my life

The staff were helpful and courteous but this place needs work. It was loud, smelled of cigarettes, and not clean. No remote control in the room so I had to go ask for one. The breakfast area had no forks, the juice machine wasn’t plugged in and operational, and part of the ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. I know it’s a budget place and i definitely got what I paid for. Parking is also limited.

The property is dirty, the room is dirty and not cleaned properly. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have asked for a refund. I would not stay here again. The pictures of the rooms on line are NOT what you’re staying in.

The room had a bad smell. We went and purchased candles to help with the smell and that made it tolerable. The free breakfast was cereal and waffles. No juice or milk to drink. Definitely wouldn't recommend .

The Dirty South

This was by far one of the worst Hotel experiences we have had. From the gang signs scratched into the elevator door, the filthy, smelly hallways, the rusted out mini fridge in the room, the missing light bulbs in the room lamps, the multiple stains on the bedding, pillow cases, and sheets and on the rug in the room, the funky smell in the room, no soap and two stained towels, not to mention the scratches all over the door to the room. The free Continental Breakfast advertised consists of coffee, some old rolls with finger prints on them, a dirty waffle maker, and 1 apple in the bowl. Would love our money back as I even paid extra for the rated 10 exceptional room??? Avoid it like the plague unless you like the unsafe, dirty feeling…. I want a Refund!!!
