The front desk staff were amazing, I don’t remember the names of all of them except Lisa who was very helpful on several occasions. Beautiful hotel and great location across from the State Park. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my single room with a balcony overlooking Vienna. He was spotless and well thought out. The hotel is centrally located for walking to many attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the $32 buffet breakfast but I ate elsewhere so maybe it’s worth it.

One of the best hotels

One of the best hotels we have visited. Location is great: 10 minutes from Cat station and 10 minuts to st. Stephen’s caphedral. They set the table for my birthday. It was unexpected and pleasant.

Keep up the good work!

The suite room is very spacious and comfortable for 3 of us. Nice view on the eleventh floor. The breakfast room setting is very cosy, like a little cafe and food is good too. The tea and cakes offered in the afternoon is just as good. Location is good, we walked to most attractions and many dining options nearby.

Solo travel!

So happy with my stay here. The place was wonderful. The bed was soooo comfortable! I had a balcony and it was great to wake up to, definitely a plus. The heat does get warm, so I did open up the windows at night but that wasn’t a problem. House keeping is amazing, so sweet and attentive! I felt very safe. I paid for breakfast one day and it was very good! Hotel staff overall was great, they did help, to get me a car to the airport when my flight was at 4am. The location was great. It was a 10 minute walk from st. Stephen’s church. This was a part of my first solo travel trip and I felt super safe and had a great experience!

This property unfortunately used creative photos to make it look more grander than it is. 3 star at best. Rooms were small and very stuffy. No air flow at all and there were times I woke up with trouble breathing because I was so stuffed up. We were out of all toiletries (toilet paper, tissues, towels) and I asked for housekeeping to come early so we could use our bathroom and she came up and yelled at us in German. My husband got sick from an injury and it was a very stressful time for me just getting to a new country and trying to find a doctor and help. A little kindness and understanding would have been appreciated. We are Canadian so of course, our common ammenities will be different in hotels in europe, which we do not have a problem with and are also very used to but this hotel was different. To get a coffee, the only place available was going to front desk. The only kind and welcoming agent worked the overnight shift. The coffee was chargeable of course and not a freebie. Keep that in mind. The cake and coffee available during certain times was a nice touch but the machine needed a cleaning to be used and that seemed like a big deal to the staff to do. No one was in sight looking after this room and the cakes were old and dry. Breakfast was very good. This was a highlight for us. Staff was friendly in here and most of the food was fresh. Overall, the rooms were a let down, some of the staff were horrible and if you need help, you are on your own.
