Very nice stay

I spent 11 nights here and found the hotel to be quiet and very relaxing. There was no issue with free parking immediately next to the hotel. The room was fairly large and well equipped, although it was a little tired and in need of a makeover. Sitting outside on the balcony in the sun having breakfast with a view of the mountains was very pleasant. The staff in the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very near the centre of Villard-de-Lans, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a supermarket only a few hundred metres away. I kept two bicycles in my room, which wasn't a problem. I believe the hotel is park of the Center Parcs group. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would consider using this hotel again.

Bonjour j’avais RĂ©server 4 nuit vue sur la montagne qui c’est transformĂ© en vue sur un bĂątiment alors que la rĂ©sidence Ă©tait vide et le parking sous terrain annoncĂ© Ă©tait fermĂ©.en gros dĂ©brouillez vous .reception inexistante Ă  n’importe quelle heure.a mon retour dans la prĂ©cipitation j’ai oubliĂ© un tĂ©lĂ©phone dans l’appartement cela fait 5 jours que je l’ai appelle sans succĂšs j’ai mĂȘme laissĂ© un message sur leur rĂ©pondeur mais sans suite.

Bien placé, décors un peu vieillot. Possibilité de chambre pour 4 personnes mais petit comme souvent en montagne. Formule appart-hÎtel on peut y faire sa cuisine : économique. Literie un peu rude surtout pour les deux lits superposés dans le couloir de l'entrée pour les enfants.

Literie pas à la hauteur d'une résidence 3 étoiles

Nous avons passĂ© deux nuits dans cette rĂ©sidence lors d'un weekend au ski. Pour trois adultes et un adolescent, le studio est spartiate mais ok pour y passer la nuit et y prendre le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Le bĂ©mol de la chambre : le canapĂ© lit trĂšs peu confortable. A chaque mouvement, le lit grinçait et se repliait lĂ©gĂšrement sur lui mĂȘme, le matelas Ă©tait de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ©, on tombait dans le trou au milieu. Selon la personne Ă  la rĂ©ception, le lit n'avait que 2 ans, mais il est trĂšs sollicitĂ©. L'Ă©clairage public a Ă©clairĂ© la chambre toute la nuit, le rideau n'Ă©tait pas assez occultant, il a fait jour toute la nuit. DĂ©cevant pour une rĂ©sidence pour trois Ă©toiles !

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans cette rĂ©sidence: l'Ă©quipe est sympa: nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil le premier soir, la Directrice est Ă  l'Ă©coute et son Ă©quipe: merci Ă  l'homme d'entretien qui a rĂ©parĂ© la tĂ©lĂ©vision: un seul bĂ©mol: il faudra quand mĂȘme songer Ă  revoir la dĂ©coration: voilĂ  20 ans qu'elle est identique

bon sejour pour moi

accueil excellent. Studio Correct malgre vetuste des meubles.J'ai passé un séjour trÚs impeccable. propeté des moquettes à l'étage et des couloirs au rez- de-chaussée. Agents de service agréables et disponibles. je suis restée un peu choquée par le manque de netteté du local de la laverie. Bien que le matériel est trÚ bon ( machine à laver et sÚche linge Miele) et fonctionne , le bac à lessive de la machine à laver étais moisi et répulsif. Je conçois qu'un petit coup d'éponge d'une clientÚle à qui l'on doit tous le service en dehors de chez eux et le manque de personnel est sans aucun doute à l'origine de cet état du local et du matériel choquant pour moi .

Excellente impression pour cette escale de deux nuits. HÎtesse trÚs agréable, directeur trÚs à l'écoute du client, appartement silencieux et bien entretenu, résidence à proximité immédiate du village commercial et avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Nous avons été ravis et y reviendrons.

Chambre trÚs propre, electroménager complet.

Chambre trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs propre, electromĂ©nager consĂ©quent, ustensiles de cuisine justes suffisants. Service efficace. Bon emplacement de l'hĂŽtel. Manque une aĂ©ration de la chambre par chĂąssis oscillo-battant ce qui oblige Ă  laisser la porte- fenĂȘtre ouverte sur le balcon, d'oĂč risque d'intrusion. Nous sommes quand mĂȘme partants pour un nouveau sĂ©jour.
