It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress was one of the most confortable I have had at a hotel. If you need a place to stay in the Ashland/Washburn/Bayfield area, this is the one I would recommend.

My stay was good overall. The location next to the lake is wonderful and the staff is very helpful. The room is clean overall and comfortable. My few critiques would be that the lobby does not open until 7 a.m., and so I am unable to get coffee before that time. The furniture is a little dated and not in the best shape. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you!

Booked a 2 queen bed room. The front desk closes at 10PM. They called to setbup key pick-up if checking in later than 10PM. Ok. Great. Arrived at 10PM exactly. Got key went to room. Room only had ONE queen bed. No instructions on how to contact anyone. Had to have someone sleep on the floor. Thank goodness we traveled with our own blankets. Not sure why room was changed there was maybe 8 other people at hotel. I suggest calling hotel to confirm room type don't trust your booking

Great stay

Check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful staff member. The room was very well appointed and comfy. It was very quiet so my dogs were very calm. Wonderful stay. To note, the Harbor Table restaurant on the property was fantastic.
