We were moved after midnight on our first night due to the heat pumping and not being able to turn the ac on. Our second room had no shampoo but my kids didn't let me know until check out. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the food was great. The hotel was very accommodating to our dogs. Would for sure stay again.

The hot tub was disgusting. Small children should not be allowed. There was several children playing in it. something very questionable floating in it, front desk did address the issue immediately. But we were not able to use it. Also there was no hot water in are room.

Room was somehow noisy snoring of the guy in the other room. Window was dripping on AC. Small fridge made noises. AC temperature was not right in winter fluctuating from cold to hot. Beside it was over-priced for the level of room. It was ok for two night stay for work but if u wanna enjoy some time, find something worth it.

All of the staff were nice and even managers were even seen in their offices or in the hallways throughout the weekend. Also it smelled so good from the fresh clean room to the great food that The Grille was making. I think the only down side was maybe the road outback however I think the TV drowned it out.
