Bad experience and not worth the high price. We requested housekeeping, but when we got back after a long day, the room hadn’t been touched. We called the front desk, and the woman we spoke to was rude. She said it was too late to send anyone and only offered fresh towels and linens so we could make the bed ourselves. Almost $300 a night, and we had to clean the room ourselves? Not acceptable.

The room was laid out in a way that made the most of the space. It was very clean and was very clean. The breakfast was good and had a great variety. It had waffles, eggs, potatoes and a meat plus cereal, juice bagels and Oatmeal.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world during my life as part of my employment and this stay, I rate this hotel as probably the third worst. Numerous reasons, but here are the basic amenities that were not provided. No service for 3 days stays. Not even a pen or pad was provided as well as a laundry bag. No glasses or even a spoon to stir coffee or tea were not provided. The Ac unit was the loudest I have experienced and restricted sleep. It was preferable to turn it off. I rate this hotel as a budget rate motel not worth the price of even $100 per night.

One Star Hotel at Best

I travel domestically and internationally an average of 5 months per year. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at (in this price range) since 2017. Not only was my room run down, but there was no cleaning service offered during my stay, and my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes were continuously being smoked in the bathroom. Further, my colleague found hair in his bed and shower upon checking into his room DO NOT RECOMMEND!
