A pleasant relaxing stay

Very clean and comfortable room. Esp. appreciated the ceramic plates and metal utensils; not the common styrofoam and plastic. Good ass't of foods for breakfast. Great coffee. Actually rec'd the wake up call we requested. That doesn't always happen at other hotels. Thank you. Exc. location with lots of restaurants, drug stores, etc.

Bartender was rude and unknowledgeable. Bar was missing a lot of common options- they said they had a recent wedding and ran out of a lot of alcohol. Rooms were outdated but clean. Decent price compared to other local hotels.

It's an old property, I get it. But when you have to pick up the bathroom door to close it, we have a problem. We had dinner at the restaurant which was a mistake. We were told people were complaining about the draft beer not tasting right. Dude wasn't wrong, it was horrible! Clean the pipes already! Ordered chips and dip. The dip was a clumpy mess, asked for it to be heated, didn't help it was still bad. Service was great though...

Nothing about the hotel changed from the last 2 years, as this has become my 1/2 way stop on the way to Maine for my personal Lobsterfest. With the exception of Clark’s Pub, who changed the menu, removing the Regency burger, which was amazing. I instead had the chicken dinner, which was nasty. I left most of it on my plate, and my very nice server offered to remove it from my bill, which I appreciated. Suffice it to say that I will definitely be staying here again next year as the rooms and staff are great, but I definitely will not eat here again.

Beautiful chandelier in the entry way, decent room, but bed was hard... the elevators made us nervous because they made loud noises. Breakfast was great!!! All employees we encountered were nice.

The property was close to a lot of outdoor activities and restaurants. Aso, I like that we were able to drive to the next town over and explore some more. I just wish the beach was closer but the kids still had fun at one of the town lake.

Though dated decor, the Regency was clean and well-kept. Staff was very nice and breakfast exceeded expectations. Area quiet, but nearby shopping for water/extras while traveling.

This is a grand old property. Looks amazing from outside. Inside needs some updating but not bad. Room ended up being a nice suite.

Great value near Devens MA

We found the hotel clean and quiet. Our room was in one of the extended areas - so 2 long hallways from the elevator. Not convenient, but very quiet. The breakfast service was exceptional both mornings. They offered a buffet Sunday morning and modified buffet with made to order breakfast on Monday morning. The front desk, waitstaff and cleaning team were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old, worn and tired. It is heavily carpeted with de- humidifying machines placed in the halls - trying to absorb the moisture from the damp floors. I could not walk barefoot in my hotel room as the carpeted floors were soggy and damp feeling. Breakfast was unappealing- soggy eggs, cold bacon and grey sausage. Despite requesting house keeping, we did not receive it during our stay. We also saw 2 bugs in the bathroom. We will not return here and would not recommend.
