I called to cancell this multiple times because the concert was cancelled. The manager refused to cancell even though there was over a month he could have rebooked the room. I cannot beleive hotels.com is renting rooms that are uncancellable. I will NEVER USE HOTELS.COM OR THIS HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!

Very very very very Old building with minimal maintenance. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It takes several hours to get the smell out when you go #2. Not returning to this place. Asked PM Receptionist for touristic places and directions at check in, but told us she is not from the area. AM receptionist was able to help. Gave us printed instructions to touristic places. Why couldn't PM receptionist do that? Instead, she was busy shoving food down when checking us in. We asked the same Qs. Bfast is just ok. Thank you AM receptionist.

Good place for a decent price

Didn't bring my bathing suit and so I didn't get to try the pool or whirlpool. Too bad... It's a decent, basic hotel. Very busy at check in. Come early. The hallways need to be renovated, but the rooms are clean and pretty nice.

It was good. But it seems like they may be under renovation.. it seems kind of outdated as far as rug wife and the first room that I was in, the toilet didn't flush all the way. 1 2 the desk and ask for another room. Everything afterwards was good.

Upon arrival the staff member was rude and disrespectful. He finally checked us in a 1:30pm into a room that had no television. We asked her how to fix it she said that maintenance was gone. The evening shift staff moved us to a better room. The area is perfect for what we came for.
