My husband and I go to NY periodically to visit family and stay at the Royal Regency. This was the last time we stay there. The staff was awful! We booked to stay in a queen and were put in a full size room. Streaming services did not work during our stay and staff were unbothered. We asked for an early check in and had to wait to be attended. Staff was cold, dismissive and not welcoming at all, with the exception of the ladies hosting breakfast and cleaning ladies.

Absolutely a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful and the room was immaculate and welcoming. Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very quiet and nicely decorated even with a bunch of tables and chairs to do work in the lobby of the first floor-would absolutely come back here!

This hotel is a great looking event space. The decor is nice. Only 4 stars because our room had a bathroom that had a wall behind the sink that was merely three sliding panels that open the the bedroom area. It was weird and noise could travel and smells if that offends u. The bathroom door was a unnecessarily heavy sliding barn door type so it didnt cut off sound. We liked the breakfast and the gated parking area. Staff were wonderful.

I visit Royal couple of times a year I love it the service is fenomenal. Front desk personal the guy his name Aceere and everyone really good. The ladys at the breakfast super friendly. The breakfast is super tasty but menu always the same.
