The hotel was older and the rooms had been renovated. The bed was great! Food in the area was very good, with several dog friendly restaurants. Plenty of dod & kid friendly areas: playgrounds, basketball, mini golf, great boardwalk & ar least 3 amusement parks within walking distance. The beach was clean & groomed + many lifeguards.

The room was ok but not very clean. Water pressure wasnt very good in the bathroom/toilet. You pay for location. It is conveniently located a blick or two away from the boardwalk which was nice.

The property is located just minutes off of the boardwalk which made it very nice. Also I would like to add that Hector, the onsite fella that does it all is absolutely a wonderful person!! Hector was always super helpful and accommodating, and he always did it with a smile.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and conditions I recently experienced. During interactions with the manager, I found their conduct to be discourteous and unprofessional. Specifically, the manager exhibited disrespectful behavior towards guests during phone conversations and appeared to avoid direct accountability by utilizing a camera when approached in person. Furthermore, the state of the accommodations was unacceptable. I observed insects in the bathroom, and there were cockroaches in close proximity to the beds.

Avg hotel, dated, upgrades needed but ok location

A few pros about this hotel. It's less than a full block from the boardwalk. Excellent location. Parking can be little challenging but it worked out. Price was little high for hotel condition but about average for the area. Large ice chest available so you can fill your cooler for beach, nice amenity. Decent size pool avaliable however did not use. The cons. Rooms dated. Toilet just ran all night. Bathroom old, wasnt very clean, zero counter space and hardly any cold water pressure. Old school window AC turned on and off all night. Definitely was not regulating room temperature. AC only in bedroom so if shut door and you have people in "living room" or "sofa bed" room they have no AC. You get old school keys on check-in no cards so have to carry keys around. Room floor was sandy and dirty. Beds are small, feet hung off end and I'm only 5'11". Overall wasnt a bad stay but definitely could have been cleaner and more updated.

I did not get the room i reserved. A king with sliding door and private balcony as advertised and chosen. He argued with me that because i booked thru expedia the room would be different. He put us on the 3rd floor ,no elevator, and my 71 yr old husband having to carry luggage, several trips up and down flights of stairs. Unacceptable. And this room or the hotel was not dog friendly. Very cramped room and no grass area anywhere around the hotel.

Look elsewhere. Lots and lots of motels in Wildwo

Ugly room to start with. On the 3rd floor with no e ll elevator, we re in our 70s. When i asked if a lower floor I was told it would be an extra charge. Charged 70.00 for 2 nites for a tiny quite dog. Curtains didnt close all the way. Front door felt unsecured, wouldnt have been hard to break in. Gaps around this door and the bathroom door. No nightstand on 1 side of the bed. Went to the pool. In the deep end the top rung of the ladder was missing. I had to roll around like a walrus to get out. Im 5 foot. Pool needed vacuuming. Clumps of hair blowing around like tumbleweeds around the pool. My friend had an medical emergency and needed ice. No ice was available, sign on machine said ice available tomorrow. Went tomorrow, still no ice. I went to the.motel next door and they were happy to fill the ice bucket for me. The linens smell funny and were thin. All in all i would give Nantucket a 1 1/2 star. The young man working there did try to help.He seemed to be the only person working there other than the person that checked us in. Oh yea, theres plastic chairs that are in front of your door to enjoy. One of them was cracked at the leg joint,. An accident waiting to happen. Bathroom sink was clogged. Soooooo nasty.

The rooms were clean. Maid service was available, but we opted out because we brought our dog. I would have liked the air conditioner to be in the living/dining area. It was freezing in our bedroom, but kinda warm in the other areas. We were well positioned for convenience to water parks, rides, and restaurants. We had a great time. We would do it again for sure.

Great value and location

This location was great for us. We loved getting to the boardwalk in just steps from our room. Beach access was also just steps away. Our room needed some updating and was a bit small. The pool was great place to cool off since it was so hot during our stay.

My overall experience there was not so great checkin was very smooth if you have a lot of heavy luggage you should get a first level floor there is no elevator to help bring your luggage up the steps rooms was ok a bit small if you can bring your own blanket please do theirs had other ppl hair on it from previous guest but the main thing I will say the motel is not pet friendly as they say just say you can have an pet with you only to stay in the room they can not explore the motel with you we had a bad experience with the staff there my pet is a service dog and I was sitting in a chair by the pool when my partner was in the pool one employee can up to me very nasty saying the dog can not be in the pool are when there is no signs that states that at all no one told us at the time of check in or anything it’s not like she was in the pool she is laying on the ground not bothering no one we asked the guy to get the manager and that was a bigger mistake he was even nastier with his attitude I believe I’m his name is Marco he even went so much to slamming a door in our face while we are trying to explain to him he even went as far as saying our review won’t get him fired today or tomorrow what kinda boss is that I feel this is all because the type of dog I have he basically was discriminating on the type of dog she because she is on the larger side…, I just want them to learn manners and respect for people who have animals and clearly explain the rules and place signs so guest kno

It was an older property very small and asked a few times to get room cleaned up and never happened and room was filled with sand so manager said I am welcome to clean on my own. Very limited service. Parking was tight in the lot.
