The front desk 3rd shift clerk said we didn’t have a reservation and was so mean and rude to me n myhusband. I was completely shocked & appalled of her response. She said since it was booked thru a 3rd party website that they didn’t have access to our reservation right away. So I showed her my receipt & she all of a sudden found our reservation. How convenient of her. The 3rd shift lady was terrible and made our stay awful from the start of our vacay. So thanks a lot quality inn. Your staff sucks! And needs to get more training.

Outside looks shady room nice

We pulled up and the hotel looked shady from the outside the lobby was ok and the room was clean but no cable for our TV so we couldn't watch it. I called the front desk she said to try something else and it still didn't work. It was for 1 night so it was ok but if it was longer I wouldn't stay there. Bed was comfortable though.

Overall this hotel was really nice. Pool area was well maintained and breakfast was really good and there are choices. However, the area is a bit far away from the center and the restaurant near by closed very early 8 pm. Be prepare to have dinner before going in to the hotel.

Restaurant closed early 8pm. Asked for recommendations near by but found all were closed on Mon’s. They also advertised a bar at hotel, however was told it’s been closed for a year. Very disappointed & hungry too.

This is not a Hilton, however it's well run, clean the staff is efficient and very accommodating. We just stopped for tge night, we didn't grab a in the morning, however we were pleased with our stay.

I Wasn’t expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were wonderful, rooms were very clean, pool was clean and breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

This is a great value for the money. The hotel itself is old but the owners are doing everyone they can to maintain it. I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was eager to help. Areas of the hotel were shut down ... the bar area is being used as storage and this has been the case for a few years. This does not matter to me, as i just wanted a reasonably clean room at a low price. Overall a great value!
