We had many issues during our stay here. 1st- There was something outside that kept banging. hard to sleep. 2nd- The tv service was broke 3rd. The showers were luke warm, After a cold day outside a hot shower is always nice. But this wasn't the case 4th- The breakfast buffet had many issues, The juice machine was broke, the waffle supply was gone. Overall just a really crappy experience. I do not recommend this place.

Came here specifically to go in the Hot tub but upon arrival the water was green and they said it’s "unsafe” to go in there and didnt have any sort of signage up. Also only had 2 towels in a bed that sleeps 4

I’ll never understand why a hotel puts out undersized uncomfortable pillows or provides a bed that feels like it’s got plastic wrapping underneath. If I had not paid in full I’d have transferred hotels after the first night. Short basins in the shower with a curtain that is four inches above the basin leads to slippery floors, which led to a hard fall. Toilet paper that is so light it does nothing to conserve and only irritates. Shampoo and softener bottles so small it takes two each for thick hair and was not replenished on any given day; had to hunt it down. It wasn’t so bad to cause me to give a terrible rating, but it certainly was not average and my hip will be smarting for a good while after the fall.

Before booking, make sure you ask if the pool and hot tub are open. Every time we go there they’re closed for maintenance and that’s the main reason we go to that hotel. There is no water pressure in the bathrooms and their air conditioner froze us out at night and wouldn’t work during the day.
