Beautiful historic property with a wonderful staff. Amazing amenities like wine and cheese happy hour and a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. They always have tea and coffee and yogurt out and waters. The cat is an amazing addition and such a wonderful extra that makes you feel like you are at home. I will say we were unfortunate to have people staying above us who decided they wanted to party until late at night and that hotel is definitely not designed for loud party animals as it was very difficult to sleep my second night but that is not the hotel‘s fault

Very good, charming, convenient

Very nice overall. Parking good, bathroom nice. Bear in mind that it's an inn--a former factory. High ceilings, charming industrial feel, but you hear floor creaks from above and around. Cleaning staff excellent, good breakfast and milk and cookies. Good downtown location and easy to WF.

beautiful inn, charm and history. we had a problem with our room being boiling two fans were brought up which helped. also, thankfully my daughter entered the room first as she saw the down steps and i would not have and i would have fallen. i would suggest a light to show the stairs. and we booked a double bed and the second bed ended up being a pull out couch

Eclectic vibe in historic building. Great location near Old Salem and multiple walking trails. Building struggled to keep warm and I needed a space heater. The windows did not have curtains over the blinds and the parking lot lights made sleeping difficult.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. When I walked in the door at check in the tone was set. I was greeted with a smile and the staff took the extra time to walk from behind the counter and actually show me around. This type of friendliness and human interaction is dying in the world we live in today so I don't give compliments like this often. Loved the place's history and the room was huge, but it was the staff that made if perfect.
