The room had cleaning issues, there was a dirty flyswatter and a dirty hairpin on the carpeted floor. The staff was practically nonexistent; we had to wait a while for anyone to respond.

The bath tubs were not clean. They were disgusting. The smell in the rooms and hallways were not pleasant. The bedding was stained and did not seem clean. Now the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The room could've been cleaner. There was something on the outside duvet of the bed. The light fixtures had a coating of dust on them and there were nail clippings on the carpet behind the nightstand. It was an okay stay and it was cheap.

Clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was just ok, but I’m a vegetarian and would like more healthy options. Great value, convenient location and great price too. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Very clean room and comfy beds. Breakfast was good waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins and very good hot coffee, kept it all filled when we were here. Would stay here again, very quiet location and got to see fireworks from our room which was a very nice surprise.

Available Parking was on the back side of the building with no entrance. The side and front was limited parking and was full. Very inconvenient parking. The room was ok, but main areas and hallways, and elevator were dirty. Many guests were not happy to have to go down the street to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. There was no regular coffee at breakfast. I would never stay here again.

You could tell work was being done to update a few things, which was fine. However the bathroom in my room had hair on the counter and in the sink. A rod from the towel rack was laying in the ground. The tv, I hand only a handful of channels that were in English. I tried changing the language but it did not work.

Breakfast was not replenished on the first morning at 8am even though serving until 9am. We booked this facility for the swimming pool. I asked at registration and was told it was closed for painting. He said it would be open the next day and it was not. Late on third day opened but we were told it was cold. If an amenity is not available people should be made aware so other accommodations can be booked. Water exercise is very important to my wellbeing and this was a huge inconvenience.
