I called to ask first if the pool and hot tub were up and running she said yes and when I got there after driving four hours it didn’t work. Very disappointed

The hotel is right off of the highway. It is clean, comfortable, indoor pool, and overall a very nice hotel. Just stay at the hotel and do not go for a walk. Just a few minutes driving past the hotel First Street is a dump and seemed very unsafe. I have heard police patrol the area especially by the hotel so I think it's still safe to stay there just don't explore outside the hotel. Sadly most places in Yakima is not a very nice, but I think they still have a mix of a good crowd of people in the town.
