We stayed here during Thanksgiving holiday and the staff were really wonderful and thoughtful! I would go back. My only issue was that the ice machine was down but they accommodated us by providing ice on demand from the concierge.

The room was great. Very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good and the area was super clean. They have coffee available all day and a little store to get sodas and snacks

Rating 3/5 This hotel was okay but not the best I have stayed at. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive every day. The eggs were watery and there could definitely be better food options offered. Food sold at the front desk is very expensive so it is best to bring your own groceries or order food instead. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water temperature control with both hot and cold working well. Daily room service was available which was nice. Another disappointment was the pool. There is no pool available despite it being advertised on Expedia which was misleading. One of the biggest positives was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and the front desk receptionists were especially kind and helpful. The hotel has potential but some amenities could be improved.

We’ve stayed here for many years now each Christmas Eve and always find it to be very clean, very quiet, and a great place to stay for the night followed by a delicious complementary breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was quite adequate, but the beds were a bit mushy, the shower didn’t drain well and shampoo bottle fell off wall. Minor issues but was worth mentioning.
