Very well maintained older property built around a central pool area that many guests enjoyed. Free coupons for drinks and appetizers was nice as well as a nice breakfast area and a variety of options. Also had four Weber grills for guests to use along with patio seating. Room was comfortable.

One of Yuma's best hotels

This was the nicest hotel we have been to in a long time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I asked at the desk what chain the hotel was a part of and i was told it was independtly owned. What a great job the owners have done. They have thought of everything. We arrived on a Wednesday and they were having a happy hour. So very nice. We will definitely be back.v

The stay was very stressful. We rented two rooms. There was a loud pool party with nonstop screaming, running, loud noises, and music blaring from 6PM until 11PM. The staff was informed by me and several other customers to no avail. I tried to checkout and leave to another hotel, but because I got my reservations through Travelocity, I would not get my refund from them. I needed to go through Travelocity. So we decided to grind it out. The stay was horrible and the staff was not helpful with the situation. They claim there was a baseball team on site and they were having a party. And that it was allowed until 10PM. But it was ridiculous and not worth the stay at all. I would rate this "ZERO" stars if I could.

Long term guests

Many people staying here are friendly Canadian snow birds. Good location. Not far from hopping downtown. Only one star for breakfast.

Lovely Hotel

10 out of 10 we would stay here again. What a great experience from the lovely ladies at the check in (shout out to Shannon) to the very helpful young lady at breakfast and cocktail hour. Rooms were spacious and clean, WiFi worked great, pool area was comfortable and the complementary cocktail hour and breakfast was a very nice addition to a lovely stay!

Nice Hotel

This is an older hotel. Wasn't sure when I drove up but the staff was great and the rooms have been refurbished. My stay was great. Good happy hour and breakfast. Nice pool area in the center of the buildings.
