All staff are very nice and Hospitality especially the lady service in dining room, and also close to the AF base or shopping. I recommend this place to anyone if you need to close to your airmen when you want to go to visit them like I did

The bathroom was not cleaned after last guest, sink had stuck on food and old soap bars were still lingering in shower and shower looked very dirty. Also room at the end of the hall next to stairs kept me up all night with people coming and going on the weeknight.

The first room we got was not the correct room. It was supposed to be two queen beds with a sleeper sofa and they put us in a room with only two queen beds and a chair. They switched our room to the correct room but the sleeper sofa smelled of urine and had what looked to be blood stains on it. We stay in hotels 10 to 15 times a year with our kids sports and family vacations. This has got to be one of the worst ones that we have stayed in in a long time.

Stay somewhere else. Was woken abruptly at 2:15 AM by a tall man continuously knocking loudly on my door. How was this man, NOT a guest, able to get into the hotel at that time of night? I called the front desk asking for assistance. Soon, he was gone, but then I got a call back (at 2:25 AM) by the front desk, letting me know that, "Yes, he was acting weird. He was not a guest and we asked him to leave. If he comes back, we're calling the cops." This was alarming to me, and I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. By 7 AM, I tried to shower to help me wake up, and to my disappointment, there was no hot water. At this point, I knew I didn't have time to request a new room, as I had to arrive to my job by 8:15 AM. I stayed here for work. Older facility, but clean. All I needed was a safe place to sleep and shower. I got limited sleep, did not have the assurances that I was safe, and I had no shower. The worst part? The management refused a refund. A refund holds the management accountable for terrible stays, such as this. They claim that no other guest was having hot water issues. So instead of apologizing and helping me, they chose to argue with me, as a paying customer and refused to admit that this was not acceptable service in a hotel stay. This was a bad situation and could have easily been fixed. Instead, pride on the part of the management led to this review. I strongly encourage you to shop for a different hotel.

Let me say that this was a huge disappointment. To start things off, as I entered the lobby to check in, Nautica was away from the desk and visible from about 10-15 feet away is a hallway. She asked if I was there to check in, I said yes, she then asked my name(from 10 feet away) I told her my last name to which she yelled "What!!" I then repeated it. She approached the desk and asked if I had a license?, I said yes.....you have a card? I replied yes. I was already feeling the warm feeling of regret. After the pleasant check-in process. We made our way to the room. Dark and dankness welcomed us. The room was dark and dank, Regret was in full bloom. My wife stuck her head into the bathroom to return with a horrible expression on her face. I went into the shower to see what could be the matter. I laid my eyes upon a shower that was disgusting and something I would never expect in a Truckstop, little alone a hotel chain such as Comfort Suite. It was black with mold, wet and is disrepair. The drain screen was off and upside down in the corner of the shower. We talked about staying and quickly decided against it. We grabbed all our luggage and headed down to talk to Nautica about a refund. Her attitude was much better this time, maybe because my wife was with me this time. She informed me that it was up to her manager, who would be in on Monday. We went to another hotel across the highway and I started the process of getting a refund from Expedia. Unsuccessful

Front staff was ok. Could have been a bit more friendly when checking in. Hotel is outdated. Lots of unpainted patch work in our room. Bathroom walls dirty and tub/shower need to be replaced. Linen on beds need to be replaced. They’ve seen better days. Lamp covers worn out. Didn’t try out the breakfast so I can’t review that.

Worse hotel stay

Carpet in room was discussing. Bathroom was nasty, I didn’t shower due was afraid to step in shower floor. Only one roll of toilet paper and coffee maker was setting on bathroom counter. Had family member in other room which wasn’t clean food on floor and bad smell in room, was offered other room and condition was worse along with blood stains on bedsheets. I’ll never reserve a room from Comfort Inn nor will a recommend it. Just awful.

The room itself was okay and the beds were comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The iron in our room had sticky residue on it, and when we asked for a replacement, the staff said there was nothing they could do. We also received unwanted wake-up calls at 4:45 AM and 5:00 AM, which disrupted our sleep before a very important interview. The staff couldn’t explain why that happened. Additionally, there was no hand or body soap, and the ironing board was missing its cover, making it unusable. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay was what we needed as far as a hotel stay goes. It appeared that someone had been in our room while we were out for the day but nothing was cleaned only a couple things moved and some towels changed out but not all of the towels. The humidity was very high in the room so much so that when we got home all of our clothes felt wet.
