the room was fine for our stay. housekeeping replaced towels, made the bed and cleaned floors each day. mini bar did not get restocked, nor did toiletry items. even though there were a handful of pleasant employees we encountered, for the majority, customer service lacked and made us feel insignificant. Food was good enough, did have many options on the buffet. drinks were so so at bars, except at the Mixologist bar - they were great. would not stay there again due to lack of overall customer service.

Amenities are great and staff are excelent. I did have some issues with front desk not being very helpful with some incidents that happened but the rest of the staff were wonderful. The best part of this resort is the amazing food and service all restaurants have! I have stayed in many different resorts in the Riviera Maya and this is definitely the best quality of food and most delicious dishes that I've ever had. I visited with my sister and eldery Mother that has dementia; and Chef Fernando and all his staff went out of their way to made us feel like home! I also noticed they gave the same extraordinary service to all of the other guests. All kitchen staff were always extremely joyful, helpful, made jokes, provided suggestions of best foods to try and even gave tips of places to visit. I cannot say enough of this wonderful culinary experience and extraordinary service by Chef Fernando and all of his staff! And this is the main reason I'll definitely go back and will bring family and friends! Also this resort is far away from everything, which makes it perfect to go and relax and just enjoy the fun shows and delicious fodo they have!

Me and my husband came here on my honeymoon and sent an email prior to our arrival to notify the resort. The resort asked us to bring a copy of our marriage certificate, which we did and provided at our check in. Despite this, they did nothing special for our honeymoon. Some of our group got wine or champagne delivered to their room or animals made out of towels, we didn’t get any of this even. Definitely disappointed in the lack of effort to make our honeymoon special.

Didn’t like that the beach washrooms always had issues, no toilet paper, plugged toilets. No security at the beach, would like to see security walking around. The washroom in our bedroom, bath tub leaking at the tap area, shower door didn’t close and caused water to go over the floor, light in washroom are on a sensor and constantly going out, needed to always carry my cell to use the light. We were a group of 10 and had 5 rooms, each of us had a least 2 issues each, the safe wasn’t working for some, toilet button was pushed and stuck which caused the water to continuously run.

We had an amazing stay at this resort in Mexico! The staff were incredible and truly made our experience special from start to finish. There were so many activities to choose from, and our kids had the best time interacting with the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas that freely walk around the resort — such a unique and fun experience for the whole family. The buffet was excellent and nothing like a typical resort buffet. The very first night, they were grilling fresh lobster right at the buffet, which was amazing. There were so many stations to choose from — cooked seafood, sushi, poke bowls, chicken, beef — pretty much anything you could want, they had it! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we loved the Michael Jackson tribute show — it was awesome! We made such great memories here as a family and would absolutely come back. If you’re considering staying here, I definitely recommend it!

We have been to Mexico a few times. This will be a fair and balanced review of this resort. Pros: the outside areas are nice. The beach is clean and had plenty of chairs. There were sunny and shaded areas. The swim areas are nice. Food is easily accessible. We used 2 of the pools. They were clean and spacious. The grounds are manicured. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: our rooms were unnecessarily dirty and smelled just awful. We were a big family with 2 adjoining rooms. Both rooms were atrocious. The headboards are fabric and had big, nasty stains. Our sheets were stained. We took clothes out of our suitcase to sleep on. The bathroom was moldy. Both the sink or shower drains were clogged. We were in building 16. We noticed when walking through other buildings that the smell was strong in bldg 16 and particularly right outside our first floor rooms. The resort offered us 1 new room but we booked 2 and both smelled. We could not justify moving only half of us to another building. They performed a deep clean but it did not take the smell away. It smelled like mold and mildew from pervasive water damage that could not be wiped away. My recommendation is to stop booking the rooms to guests and address the serious issues. Throw away stained linens. Refurbish stained headboards. Do away with the weird sliding piece of wood that covers a weird window from the bedroom into the bathroom. Overall- the exterior areas are ok but the rooms are not worth your money.

First off we were quoted one price when I booked and paid quite a bit more when we arrived. Also my shuttle never showed up at the Cancun airport. So I canceled the return trip and would like a refund. I had booked with shuttle central. The room care was lacking. We never received hand soap. Had to ask for everything. It was kinda annoying. I’ve booked with Expedia before without issues. This was NOT one of those times. I’ll be waiting for my refund on the shuttle

Erik from the Expedia team on the resort was a doll. The food here is next level and drinks are strong. The lush forests on the beach feels like a dream. Lots of amazing people ranging in all ages and walks of life. Rooms are 3/5 very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Although, they felt old and a bit unkept. The couch was stained and filthy and the walls need a repaint. My biggest problem was how early the pools and beach close down. By 540 the beach bars only serve beer and at 6 they are completely closed down. No swimming at 7pm is really bad. It was still light out and the pools are all closed. Even the beach is closed by 7. I think that’s a bit silly! Night swims are my fav part of vacation and that was a big no go.

Beautiful resort! Very clean, good food, great themed restaurants. Has sandy beach areas as well as snorkeling areas. Great service! Only negative is that the atm fees (Only give out US$) are super high, they don’t exchange Can$ (even though half the guests are Canadian), and they give a very poor return on US$. Get pesos elsewhere and enjoy a great resort👍

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it did not disappoint! We went into the week knowing it would be good to be away but this resort exceeded our expectations. 1. The resort has been recently reno’d and it showed. The restaurants, lobby spaces, washrooms were modern, beautiful and comfortable. The pool spaces, lazy river and beach are amazingly well up-kept which was great. 2. We were only able to book 4 a La cartes which was a little disappointing but the ones we did had amazing food (Peublito Lindo/Oishi/Butchers and the beach lunches). The buffet has so many options. 3. Our rooms were very spacious, well stocked, comfortable, aesthetically gorgeous and centrally located. The only thing was our room didn’t have a bracelet key - but some of the reno’d rooms have so it’s coming. 4. The ocean/beach were perfect. Some areas had a coral reef but snorkeling was great so many fish, sting rays, and squid were fun to see. Snorkeling was 10 outta 10. The only thing was that our 10 year old was too young for the teen zone/too old for the kids club (under reno but finishing as we were leaving). He had a fantastic time with the food, ocean, evening themed shows (very corny but so much fun!) lazy river, inflatable pool slides and foam party but the kid zone is very small/geared to babies/young kids. Overall it was a great resort, friendly staff and we liked that there wasn’t a ton of up sell or added expense on resort (there was some but minor).

Large resort but still keeps a intimate feel. The natural aspect was loved by all in our party. Wildlife abounds, even got a glimpse of a Tayra, which was very neat.

My stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was overall okay. The property is large and has nice scenery, and the staff was generally polite. Some parts of the experience were good, but others could use improvement. The food and drinks were average, and a few services took longer than expected. The room was comfortable, but certain amenities felt a bit outdated. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it also didn’t stand out compared to other resorts I’ve visited.

The staff are amazing and so friendly. I have never had the concierges be so helpful. They show up to make sure you made it to your dinners. They do all your reservation for you. They see you out when leaving at the end of your trup. Eduardo from building 16 17 was amazing. And Migual as well at building 16 17. The workers driving the carts are funny and keep you laughing even when not on a ride and they are just passing bye. My room was very clean and the maids did a great job each day. The only think I can complain about was my pillow shape. Lol. Edgar is an amazing Manager. He was so helpful to my whole family. Checked on us at dinners and made sure I had a great birthday dinner. Emily at the pool was fun and kept us all having fun. I wish they did a little more activities in the pool. The beach party was so much fun. We danced until 1am. Lots of animals at this resort.little baby monkeys. Lots of fish to see in the bay. Snorkling. Food is great at all buffets and the beach BBQ was amazing. You are able to visit all the restaurants and as many times as you want.

My stay was amazing. The staff is great and very caring. Who ever trains your staff in hospitality should get a raise. so many staff to mention. Migal at block 16 17. EDUARDO guest servises. I have never had someone come visit me at every meal and to say goodbye. EDGAR did all that. Everyday he took care of my family. Emily at the pool. She was so sweet and fun. The rooms were amazing and clean. Pillow a little to small for me. Great job by everyone. All the cart drivers. The cooks and waiters.
