The lady at the front counter was very nice and professional. There was a line and a very disgruntled man yelling at her. She did a great job handling everything.

When we arrived there were only third floor rooms left which would normally be fine except that a room on the 3rd floor was under construction blocking the hallway on our side so we couldn’t use the elevator and had to take the stairs. We are doing a cross country road trip and have quite a bit of stuff and didn’t want to leave it in the car so we had to make about three trips up and down the stairs. The floors were a mess on the second floor due to the construction and it definitely smelled throughout the hotel. The staff were very kind though.

The roomwas nice, big and clean. The hallways were not kept clean and a lot of construction was going on. I would stay here again and do recommend it to anyone.

We arrived about an hour after check in they didn't have a room ready. So after about a half hour they had a room they had a fire on the third floor so they were gutting the room so construction stuff all over it was like an obstacle course I am in a wheelchair and they put me on the third floor were the fire was it was crazy but we had no other options I would have thought since they had a fire they would have closed to repair all the damage not have people stay there and have to go through all cords and equipment they had in the hallway.

Fire the night before and the systems were down. Got there a little after 3 and wasn’t able to check in until 5 as the first room I was checked into was dirty when I got up there and right next to the fire room.

I was really impressed with the appearance cleanliness and modern look of the property so my first impression was really good. Secondly the room was a great floorplan with studio apartment feel of which even included a dishwasher which blew me away! I only stayed one night if it were longer this would be the perfect place. Everything was new, the property was quiet, the price was reasonable and fair even the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

My room had spiders, nats and other bugs. The hotel has no maintenance on the weekend. The tv did nit work. After several trips downstairs to get a new clicker it still didn't work. I pulled the cabinet back and it was unplugged with the prongs bent back. I managed to fix that. It then took to clickers to run the tv. Phone did not work. No coffee pots. Clean sheets and towels was nice. Then the hotel caught fire and we had to evacuate for approx 4 hrs. Finally got my luggage and checked out. The staff was always nice. I had to buy my own bug spray.

Not a good hotel

The hotel stated there was a pool and free breakfast but its not true. The phone and the alarm on the room were not working. The window was also duck tape .Overall not a good hotel i think what is advertised should match what we get.we were looking forward to the pool but there was none.
