One of the doors was missing on The suite bedroom for privacy and mold around the bath tub stains in the seats food still left on the table and windows had tons of dirty scum that messed up The view of the mountains and plus there was only one attendant at the front desk... My check in was delayed almost 30 minutes when I was supposed to check in at 3:00 when I was there at 2:50 and then I came back at 3:10 but it wasn't ready until around 3:30ish and some of the outside window screens had holes in it.

There is no pool, even though it’s listed in the amenities; also your room isn’t guaranteed, even if you prepay, so you may get stuck with a smaller room and having to accept a refund. You also have to ask for body-size towels for showers; they don’t automatically put them in your room. All around, I got a room to stay for a cheap price, but if I had it to do over again, I’d choose to spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

The first room they gave us was out of service, the bathtub didn't work and had a lot of trash and the second one the bathtub had hair and it was clogged, the toilet had poop on it and the sink was clogged too

Clean. Food was never out, had to ask every morning. Picked this hotel because it had breakfast. Muffins, granola bars are a far cry from breakfast in my opinion. No milk for coffee even to buy, just coffee mate.
