1st room smelled of mold badly. Was given another and just outside of door was a lot of tiles missing and large water leak from exposed pipes. No shower curtain. Stains on carpet, furniture. Heat did not work and no extra blankets to be given. Was the worst scary experience ever. Was so happy to leave as soon as sun came up

Country Inns and Suites Pineville is one of my preferred hotels. The last two stays the tv remotes were a problem. First, the remote didn't work. When I switched the batteries it worked. Then this last time the remote again did not work. When I opened the remote, there were no batteries. So, they gave me different room. It is odd that the remotes both nights were not ready.
