The room smelled so bad like dogs and wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close, when closed it has inch gaps on either side that don’t offer much privacy while using the bathroom. We arrived in the evening during a snowstorm, none of the steps or sidewalks were shoveled, the next morning when we left the hotel around 10am, snow was still 6+ inches deep covering the walkways and steps. Room was in need of an update, disappointing stay overall.

Very very courteous staff, both on phone and in person. Nice clean accommodations with good instructions on how to use things like the shower( both over head or wand water use). Also allow dog/pet stay though charge for a whole week at a time so I used local rover.com for just one night.(would be good for those bringing an animal for university extended vet care). Lovely restaurant, again with nice folks both waitstaff and cooks. Well appointed place with lovely views, even in elevators as windowed, and decent safe parking. Mini refrig, two clothes hanging areas, I had double queen, best sleep I've had while on the road from out of state. Looks like a nice pool and workout area though I didnt ho see or try as didnt bring vlothes for these. Would come here again in a heartbeat. Just lovely.
