Great hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—just a short and easy 10-minute walk into the city, making it convenient for exploring. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the river, which made for a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. A nice touch was receiving a text during my stay to check if everything was okay. I thought this was an excellent measure, as it made it quick and easy to make any requests. The hotel itself was lovely, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Amazing location if you’re doing multiple trips and taking the train, so convenient and very central. The rooftop has a great view and the food and drinks were tasty. I would stay there again for sure.

Great all around hotel for any type of traveler

Super clean and comfortable hotel. I’m very satisfied with the price I paid for what we got. The location is immediately adjacent to the train station so that made it so easy on us to drop off our bags and get around without needing anything but our own 2 legs. From the hotel, everything was walkable. We were also pleasantly surprised with the 11th floor bar and coffee shop next door. I saw both of the other 2 hotels we considered, and we kept talking about how we are so glad we went with this hotel. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable. I’m difficult to please and it was soft with two different pillow types so every type of sleeper should be happy.

We arrived to check in quite late in the evening and were immediately given our room key, a nice warm cookie and I informed the receptionist that I was a Hilton Honours member. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable and quite large. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Great stay! Amazing location close to the station but perfect for exploring the city. Room was extremely comfortable and had everything you could need. Would definitely stay again

The noises from the hotel bar was excruciating loud unitl 3am! I booked this hotel because it was four stars and convenient, next to Central Station. It was not cheap. I booked two rooms for my family for 4 nights. Apparently the bar on the top floor plays loud music on weekends for dancing. The music was so loud it kept us awake until 3am when they shut down the music. It is just not acceptable! Travelers stay in hotels so they can relax, recharge during the trip and be able to have a good night sleep is crucial. I complained to the manager and they offered me some crappy points. I declined. This is a very poor business model and they clearly don't care about the customers' experience during their stay. it was very disappointing to say the least.
