We were assigned room 403 next to the breakfast room and gym which sucked. If we hadn’t been early risers this would have been a huge problem for the noise. The parking lot was full and we had to hike from the room to the car. Having to pay for parking a quarter mile from the room was not ok. Not interested in staying again. For a budget hotel on the Disney strip, it’s not worth the price tag.

Room 203 might be the worst on the property. Its right under the breakfast area so we were woken up at about 5am by the staff banging around and could not get back to sleep after that. I thought they were starting up a roller derby team up there. This was after a parade of beeping garbage trucks for about 30 minutes at 415am (though that part isn't the hotel's fault). The rooms are not very sound insulated. Fantastic location and you can tell they've tried to make some updates but there are trade-offs...I wouldn't say the price was worth the experience.

I was not told that my room would be right below the dining area for breakfast and every morning for five hours you hear scraping chairs and people walking too and from the breakfast bar from 630 to around 10:30 when they finish cleaning it was horrible

Staff was ok at the front desk, helpful with the safe…never had a room where the safe was behind the front desk. The room was very dated, old…smelled old…the AC in the room was very loud, the bathroom fan did not work, squeeked very loudly so we did not even use it…had to open the tiny window in there. Mattresses were ok, pillows were TERRIBLE. Only positive thing was the proximity to Disneyland park. Look elsewhere if you don’t mind walking an extra 10 minutes each way

Staff, breakfast, pool were great. They gave us adjoining rooms and we barely slept because of the noise, conversations coming from that room.. not sound proof at all. No issue with other room on other side. Don’t get adjoining rooms if you want a decent night sleep.
