Overall, this Disneyland Good Neighbor hotel is really nice and in a great location for Disneyland visitors. It’s a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland Resort (includes the parks and Downtown Disney). Easy access to local restaurants and stores. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious and the dining room was very clean. Dining room is only open for breakfast. Had plenty of room for guests. The hotel is an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. However, rooms are not soundproof; you will hear other guests in the rooms above and next door. And although there are double windows, rooms facing the street will hear the street noise. Also, it has a very small, tight pool area. My only complaint is not hotel related…the surrounding area is pretty clean and attractive, but there were several homeless people between the hotel and Disneyland Resort area. They didn't bother us as we walked by but it was slightly uncomfortable. We never felt unsafe or in harm’s way. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again should we return to Disneyland.

The place was not the best but just because its close to disney, its fine. I would book a different hotel in the future. We missed our check in date and plan to book an extra day, but the price is really not worth it. Glad we did not.

Quick get away for the evening. Fast check in. Reasonable prices for parking and deposit. Front desk Karina was amazing. We may come back for our family trip because of her. Although a gentleman working the late evening shift treated my husband like he wasn’t a guest and even questioned our room number when coming in with the rest of the Disney tourists all because we left the key in our vehicle. Did not appreciate being questioned like that. I’m sure if our children were with us he wouldn’t have been grilled

The hotel was close to Disneyland! Right next door to 7-11 and about a 10 minute walk to security. Clean hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Was an amazing first stay at the property. So spacious for the price. And reviewed weren’t kidding on it being a ten min walk. I did pay for the shuttle but we had no idea how to find it. So we just walked to Disneyland back. Rooms are so nice, the ac, the tv and the spacious bathroom. Super easy to find. Parking structure for an added fee. Very close to the freeway

We recently stayed for 4 nights (family of 4 with a 5 year old and 1 year old) while we visited Disneyland. Upon checking in we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a 2 queen + separate bunk room suite with a view overlooking California Adventure. The room was huge, was very clean and we could even see the fireworks at Disneyland. Every staff member from housekeeping to the feont desk to the breakfast area were so kind. The property was in great condition and is in such a convenient spot to just walk to the parks (10 minutes). There are so many dining options nearby and even a great little takeout/room service place right in the hotel. The breakfast was above average, though a little more variety in choices from day-to-day would be nice, but it's still great! The price was reasonable considering all the amenities (and I would've still thought that if we wouldn't hVe received the upgrade.).If we are ever in the area again, we won't hesitate to book here!

Very nice stay. Close to Disneyland. Both Walmart and CVS are across the street. Good breakfast with a three and a half hour window (6:30-10 am). We had two rooms and they gave us a free upgrade to two suites. My wife is generally hard to please and ahe said we'll atay there again.
