Clean, great location to walk to Disneyland. There can be a wait for the elevator, so a room on a low floor was great to just use the stairs. Panera next to the hotel was great. It is open late, very convenient for food on the way back to the hotel.

Elevator Nightmare

We were in Room 301 and all we heard was the elevator all day and all night and for $1300 for two nights, this is a complete rip off. As for Hotels.com, booking through a third party is an absolute joke! No customer service, no easy contact and to make a simple change is ridiculous!

Typical hotel that relies 100% on Disneyland. They don't work very hard please you. It's close to Disneyland so every other amenity takes a back seat. They don't clean your room everyday unless you specifically ask. Its very expensive for the quality of the property and amenities.

I work in hospitality and have very high standards when it comes to service, that being said, my room was perfectly clean and comfortable and every single staff member I encountered during my stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
