The property was good. The beds were nice, but will not recommend the sofa pull out bed. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Checkin and checkout was fast. Parking was hard to find, since the lot was full, as it was the weekend, but there was no heads-up about it. Overall its a 4/5. Very near to disneyland, can walk for 15 mins or take an uber.

I really wanted to like this hotel. We go to Disney a lot and we’re trying out different properties. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Just a bad can’t help you attitude. The room was nice and it’s great it has a kitchen. The bed sheets are incredibly rough. Free breakfast was a plus.

Great stay for all of us, teens, and grandma!

We loved the pool, easy room and poolside food service, and super great breakfast staff! The staff that does the morning breakfast rush is amazing! Super nice and hardworking. We loved the friendly front desk staff and bartenders when we got a drink at the bar at 5:00pm. Really nice rooms, very clean, and all around 5 stars!

I was charged for parking even though I didn’t have a car and am still trying to get it fixed. We checked in and were given a tiny room with a view of the mechanical area even though we booked far in advance. We were moved to a new room and when unpacking found a half a bottle of whiskey in the cupboard from the previous people. Not a good experience.

The property was nice, new and clean. Standard breakfast but free. Bed was not soft and had to fix my toilet every day, they need to replace a part inside the tank and the seat is not on straight so it would slide off to the side which was annoying. It was nice and quiet and a walkable distance to the parks or there’s a bus nearby and a CVS if you need anything.

Our second stay here, this time with our toddler. Close enough to Disneyland Park, the walk to the main entrance is only 15 minutes with Downtown Disney being about 20. It’s a beautiful hotel for what you’re paying for. Everything from the entrance to the rooms and hallways are very clean. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. The room was decent, we got a “park view.” A little small but comes with a kitchen which is enormously helpful. Unfortunately behind the park means you don’t get the best view but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We got a corner suite which allowed a view of some major landmarks (Guardians of the Galaxy ride, Matterhorn, Avenger’s Campus), and in the bedroom if you angle your head you can see Pixar Pier and even see a little bit of the shows at night (World of Color). The complimentary breakfast buffet was also very decent, pretty much everything you could ask for as basic as it is. They provided fruits, toast, bagels, cereals, eggs, breakfast potatoes, and proteins like sausage. Each day they changed it up very slightly which is nice. The drink selection was especially appreciated with juices, coffees, and milks available (thank you for the oat milk). Enough to feed basically any family and get their day started so they can get to Disney. Overall really great value except for maybe the daily parking fee.
