Pros: friendly front staff, clean property, adequate breakfast, social hour offer was cool Cons: housekeeping will barge into your room without knocking, Do Not Disturb sign is a small magnet that only seems to stick to the door frame, no spa, pool is not heated and is overlooked by the parking garage that casts a shadow over it so it’s constantly cold, shower pressure is terrible, no dining table/seats in rooms

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Check-in was fast! Joey was super helpful and informative. Their hospitality made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Breakfast selection was awesome. Staff were very fast with replenishing the food. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed. The bed sheets had noticeable chocolate stains, which made us question whether they had been changed. Additionally, the curtains had some odd red stains that were hard to ignore. While everything else in the room seemed fine, these issues affected our overall comfort. The kitchen, sink, counter top and bathroom were clean. Overall, we had a good positive experience and will use this hotel again.

Great family hotel

We loved this hotel! The check-in was super easy. There is a $150 dollar deposit so keep that in mind in case you don't read the fine print. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and very clean. The location couldn't be more perfect, its literally a 5 min drive from Disneyland. The hot breakfast was delicious! I was really surprised by all the options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our week long stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff, especially Irina, were extremely helpful with additional reservations I had to make for family that wanted to visit. I will be staying at this hotel for future Disneyland visits. Irina let me know how to apply a military discount when I wanted to book additional rooms, I didn't know how to do this before. She advised that I book through the IHG app. She saved me hundreds of dollars. The rooms were tidy and housekeeping was on top of cleaning our rooms while we visited the parks. The only thing that was a problem was that the rooms seemed to have very little ventilation. This forced us to have the ac and bath vent on at all times, but other than that we were very satisfied.

Unfortunately this hotel has only one elevator which is used by guests and staff. In the mornings when there is lots of traffic, there are cleaning carts tying up the elevator. The floors are extremely thin as well, we stayed 7 nights, every night it sounded like a herd of elephants above us. The pool is always in the shade and there is never enough room or tables during breakfast. The line to make a waffle was always longer than a disneyland line. They need to invest in 2 more waffle makers.
