The cleaning staff come and clean the bathroom change towels and make beds everyday adjusting their time to what is convenient to us. Breakfast staff are ready to replenish items and do things not routinely done.

Staff were very nice and very helpful. Can’t say enough about the front desk team. The room was a little worn down and most disappointing was I had planned the room for four people. There was only one queen bed and a pullout sofa that was not made up. I had to call down a couple of times to get that completed when they did. I just got one sheet on it.

Good location for main Ann Arbor attractions. Rooms are comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast had a good choice, I especially liked the fresh strawberries and blueberries this time. Only thing for us was our room was next to the car park and we experienced more outside noise than previous visits here. Would still return and recommend the hotel 😊

The location is excellent for central access to the U of M and to the concert hall. The bed was very comfortable. The room furniture and fixtures were good. I liked the dimable feature of the bed side lamps. The room was a little cramped. The bathroom was nice. To improve safety, particularly for seniors or anyone with an injury or balance issues, it would be very valuable to have a side grab bar and entry/exit vertical grab bar in the shower.

The air conditioning/heat thermostat should be fixed. The walk up bathroom can't be changed, but it's annoying and possibly physically dangerous.
