Sapphire Surf on täydellinen perheille, pariskunnille tai pienelle ystäväryhmälle. Talo sijaitsee helpon 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Willow Avenuesta Meksikonlahden upeaan valkoisten hiekkarantojen tai neljän korttelin päässä North Shore Dr. -kadulla historialliseen Pine Avenue -kadulle, jolla on viehättäviä kauppoja, kahviloita, ravintoloita, mukaan lukien General Store. ja Ginny's ja Jane E's. Takapiha on oma paratiisi. Yksityinen lämmitetty (loka-huhtikuu) uima-allas lepää alkuperäisissä palmuissa erittäin yksityisen kokemuksen saamiseksi. Voit valita kahdesta ruokailutilasta, Weber-kaasugrillistä ja aurinkotuolissa tai varjossa olevista lepotuolista. Lounge näytöllä olevassa Lanaissa lukemista, hiljaista keskustelua tai lautapelejä varten. Lisämukavuuksiin kuuluu ulkosuihku, jossa on lämmin ja kylmä vesi, ja autotalli, josta pääsee helposti rantatarvikkeisiin.

Meillä on myös toinen 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen talo, nimeltään Diamond Surf, vain 5 korttelin päässä Sapphire Surfista (Homeaway Listing # 3828343).

Sapphire Surf on varustettu Keyless RemoteLock -laitteella, digitaalisella lukolla, jonka syöttämiseen tarvitaan yksilöllinen koodi. Tämä koodi nollataan jokaisen vieraan oleskelun jälkeen.

Tavoitteenamme on yksinkertainen; Tarjoamme laadukasta vuokrakokemusta kohtuulliseen hintaan. Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat näkyvät oikein. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämäärät ja napsauta “Varaa nyt”.

Family Spring Break

Delightful Stay @ Sapphire Surf

We enjoyed everything about this lovely property. Too many great things to list here but highlights are:location so close to beach, restaurants and shops, well stocked kitchen and beach chairs, wagon, toys, backyard is a haven for sunning, relaxing and swimming, screened porch is dreamy and house is well furnished. We will definitely return!

Perfect Spot, Space and Stay

Sapphire Surf is a great home to enjoy some time on AMI. The house has everything you need for a great stay and is in the perfect location. Beds are comfy, temperature was perfect and fans were a plus! Check-in was a breeze and all communications were exactly as needed. The pool is a plus and the landscaping is great! Easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, ice cream and crepes! I look forward to staying here again.

Home had everything we needed an then some. Loved all the beach equipment. Didn't have to buy anything. Loved that there were fans for both rooms as both my spouse and i along with our daughter and her husband sleep with fans on. Beds were a bit hard. This is the most perfect location to reach everything within walking distance.

Perfect house to return to

My family stayed at the house for the second time because it met all our needs last year. Wonderful again this summer. We had two very young children with us. The short walk to the beach in the morning follow by afternoons at the private pool while the baby slept made for very relaxed, enjoyable days

Great 2 bedroom home on gorgeous north end of ami

This is our second time staying at Saphire surf. This adorable 2 bedroom home is located on the north end of Anna Maria island close to the beach, shops, trolley stop, dining and the bay. It’s super clean, quiet, well stocked, and comfortable. The private pool is surrounded by island trees and plants. We love this home so much and have many fond memories here. We look forward to coming back here in the future. Highly recommend.

Great Get Away

Your home was all that we needed and then some. It was a nice break to get away from the rainy cool weather in New York. We had a wedding to go to and it was from walking distance so that was a plus. Never been to the west side of Florida before let alone the island. Beautiful and breathtaking. Thanks again.

A Gem in a Great Location!

This house was super cute and in a great location on the north part of the island. It was a close walk to the beach and the cute shops and stores. Mark & Ramona were great to work with and quickly responsive to any questions of concerns. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for accuracy of online listing is that it was hard to find the address in the information given to us. And it needs to be updated on Zillow. It still shows photos of the old house and no pool. Scared us a bit that we got the wrong house! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful time at Sapphire Surf. The house was everything we needed and more! It has everything you need for the kitchen, the beach, and the pool. Our family of four, including our four year old and nine month old, stayed for five days and hardly wanted to leave. Hot tip, the huge walk in closet in the queen bed room works great for a little baby nursery! The houses location was wonderful too: walking distance to the beach (even for a four year old), walking distance to shops, and very private backyard. Thanks so much for having us! We can’t wait to come back.

Little oasis close to the beach

The rental was exactly as described. Very clean and a nice set up including a great outdoor space and screened in porch. The house had 2 bedrooms, one was large with a walk in closet area that housed toys and a play area. The garage was stocked with everything to meet your beach and pool needs. The house was located within a short walking distance of the beach, coffee shops and good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Sapphire Surf is the absolute best home on AMI. Our second stay there and the hosts do such an amazing job making sure the house feels like a home. Well stocked kitchen - everything was clean and cozy. Pool is perfect and the pool accessories they have make it easy to be relaxed and enjoy the sun. Great location to everything too!

Always Wonderful!!

This was our 3rd time staying at Sapphire Surf and we are already looking forward to a return trip. Ramona and Mark make everything so easy. The home is well cared for. It is super clean, neat, organized and has everything you would need. The private pool was perfect for those hot days! The location is also an easy walk to the beach. Overall the house was as advertised. The stove top was broken when we arrived but this was not the fault of the owners and we were notified immediately. The only thing that I think needs some attention is the dishes in the kitchen. There were several dishes that were dirty and we ended up washing everything we used before using it. The rest of the house was very clean and we liked being able to walk to the beach and to restaurants and ice cream places. We felt safe in the neighborhood as well. We also very much appreciated the early check in and late check out that were made available to us. That was really very helpful.

Disappointing end to a nice stay

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. On our first day (Sat)we went for a swim. The pool water was cloudy and there was a horrible smell, so much so we couldn’t swim. The owner was notified that same night. Monday she finally said they sent the pool service out but there wasn’t anything wrong with the pool, however they treated it anyway. Either way the water cleared up and the smell was significantly better. The ceiling fan in master bedroom was so loose it had a use extreme caution label on it we couldn’t use it out of fear of bodily harm. My husband actually ended up tightening all the screws back up on it while we were there so we could use it We had a nice week and headed out late Thursday. On SUNDAY days after we left I get an email asking about us breaking their stove!? We never even used the stove. After asking what they were talking about they emailed a zoomed (no surroundings visible) in picture of a glass stove top that was broken. We tried to call and talk things out(sun afternoon) as anything could have happened in the 3 days after we left. They said they’d call back after talking with repair man, but today (Tuesday) I get an email stating I have been charged for the stove top that I never touched and claimed it couldn’t be fixed because it was too old. I hate that it is broken, but there was a large unaccounted time frame before anything was said…and we didn’t do it. I am just sad. I am a leave things better than you found them type girl so this just stinks.
