When we went to check in they didn’t have our reservations. I had to fight to get a room and at the price that I had paid and not a same day reservation rate. We had to switch rooms after our first night because they only had a king room for the first night and we are a family of 5 they suggested that some one sleep in the chair and the rest of us sleep in the king bed

We had a “bathroom problem” in the beginning of the night hours, one called and we were exchanges to another room within an hour. I do understand that there was an available room for us at the time…but the fact that they had a diligence to solve a problem fast to accommodate us…very thankful!

This is a GEM! More like an apartment as they offer what is usually in a small apartment- no detail was forgotten. I would go back again. appliances, dishwasher, plates- they had it all.

Bring ear plugs

My family and I booked the hotel for 1 night. It was easy to get an upgrade. So the service was great. The room was clean and comfortable looking. It would have been nice to have coffee creamer and a smart TV so we could watch YouTube. The shower pressure was good. The beds were firm but comfortable. The downside is that we could hear everything thing that was happening right above our room. Between the hard wood flooring and the appealingly thin floor construction, it was very disturbing. The desk chairs are on rollers and it sounded like people were bowling balls above us. I don’t recommend this place if you’re a light sleeper, but the price was right.
