The rooms felt so old. We traveled with a group. Two of the rooms had toilets that didnt flush well, our carpet was covered in stains, one family couldnt get warm water in the shower... The breakfast was the only good thing about the stay.

The pool, breakfast, and staff were awesome. The bed was super stiff and creeky, hard to sleep on. There was a huge stain at the end of the bed on the floor that was gross. The bathroom counter was dirty in multiple places, hair on the edges as well. The pool and hottub were awesome, the staff was super cool as well. Overall it was a good experience. Id just ask to make sure the room gets cleaned properly next time.

First the best things: lovely staff, great parking, huge room (suite), tasty oatmeal, short wait for elevator, breakfast area was spacious and well laid out. Things that we did not love as much: carpet in room (and hallway) in need of a shampoo. While bed was not super uncomfortable it was also not exceptionally wonderful either. Breakfast, save the oatmeal, was pretty bad. Terrible potatoes and scrambled eggs, coffee not great. Overall a nice but not exceptional stay. Once again every staff member we met was lovely.

Older property, looks new from the outside. Got to our room unpacked sat on the bed and it was broken. Had to repack and get a new room, this room had shade that didn't fully work (electric) chair was broken and my sons bed was pretty much broken. Needs to be updated. Staff was nice enough to get me a new room with no problem but would not go back due to all the broken things in the room. Otherwise it was good. Just a rough start!
