It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was. Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

I would give this hotel 3 stars being nice. Bad receptionists, worse food , stale sandwiches and a room service that works when they want to !! Nothing to do with COVID-19 Bad service at its best !!! Not even a contender for a 4 stars Room very mediocre and moldy

Good location for the beach. About 30 min walk from bars and restaurants. Definitely noisy because if street traffic. Faculty and room clean. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Personal very friendly and welcoming the only problem was I did not speak a world of Portuguese ( my bad ) but none of them were speaking english either !!

Chegamos por volta das 16h e fomos bem atendidos na recepção. Direcionaram-nos para um quarto quente, do 1º andar, voltado para o poente, com um aparelho de ar condicionado desligado... Ligamos o ar e verificamos que o aparelho fazia um barulho absurdo, não somente do motor, que inclusive não obedecia ao comando de reduzir a ventilação alta, mas também de peças soltas, ou mal apertadas. Mesmo após anoitecer o quarto ainda não havia sido resfriado adequadamente, sendo que sempre nos satisfizemos com uma temperatura média de 23ºc ou 24ºc. Deduzi que a capacidade de resfriamento do aparelho não era compatível com a área "cúbica" do quarto, que tem um pé direito muito alto (mais de 3m). Não pedimos para trocar de quarto, por se tratar apenas de uma noite, e daria para suportar essa situação sem maiores dificuldades, e, com certeza, nos colocariam numa acomodação melhor... No check-out perguntei se não havia queixas anteriores desse quarto, cujo boxe do banheiro também apresentou vazamento da água de banho, e me informaram que não havia queixas, o que achei estranho... O café da manhã foi suficiente, não deixou a desejar... senti falta somente de um suco de laranja... Funcionários muito educados e prestativos, aos quais agradeço!

Hotel horrível. Parou no ano de 1900. Tudo sujo, sem manutenção alguma. Banheiro nojento e roupa de cama em fase terminal. Cama e edredom muito ruim. Equipe sem trenamento e café da manhã que perde pra qualquer pensão. Jamais recomendaria. A pior experiência que eu já tive na minha vida.

Hotel muito ruim. Tive com certeza a pior experiência da minha vida. Jamais recomendaria para ninguém. Equipe sem treinamento, péssimos atedimentos, mal educada, desinformada quanto a sugestões de opção na cidade e nada solícita. Pela primeira vez na vida tive que deslocar um carrinho de malas para meu apartamento e assim conseguir transportar nossas bagagens, pois não se prontificaram para em nenhum momento. As instalações estão velhas, sujas e extremamente degradadas; um nojo completo. Banheiros um lixo e mobiliario em fase terminal. Toalhas rasgadas, roupas de camas deterioradas e colchões tão velhos que conseguimos sentir a molas em nossas costas. Café da manhã com opções limitadas, sem gosto e com apresentação sem qualquer acompanhamento. Salada de frutas paracia uma lavagem de porco, uma mistura completa. Ar condicionado do restaurante quebrado causando um calor insuportavel. Meu Deus, que lugar terrível. Minha família parecia que estava em hotel de beira de estrada dado o nível de submundo e podre. Nota abaixo de zero.

Pontos Positivos: Localização, perto da feirinha do turista e da melhor parte da orla de atalaia.O quarto estava limpo. Houve arrumação todos os dias. Café da manhã satisfatório. Tv a cabo no quarto com uma gama satisfatória de canais. Pontos Negativos: Chuveiro não era forte. O wi-fi ficava intermitente, acabei tendo que usar minha internet. Quarto limpo , roupa de cama e banho velhas, móveis com aspecto de velhos ,ar condicionado funcionando normalmente, equipe de funcionários gentis. Limpeza da área externa deixa a desejar com muitas pontas de cigarro e lixo no canteiro , não possui um segurança no saguão para coordenar a chegada de veículos. Hotel super bem localizado,mas está precisando urgente melhorar a internet.Dos 4 dias que passamos lá,ela simplesmente não funcionou.Nunca tinha visto coisa igual.Os quartos são espaçosos e o nosso tinha até uma varanda.Os carões de acesso aos quartos deram muito problemas e vi vários hóspedes reclamando.O café da manhã é razoável.Destaque pra rápida reposição dos itens.Destaque pro funcionários do hotel que são muito simpáticos
