The room and bathroom was clean, the staff is nice and friendly, also a plus they allow dogs. This location is close to the zoo so that was a plus. The worst part is we came for my daughters birthday and we’re planning to spend the evening by the indoor pool but were not informed the pool was closed so trying to tell my daughter part of her birthday gift wasn’t happening sucked and ruined the evening.
