The room smelled like a wet diaper, but it was late at night when I checked in and I didn’t feel like complaining. I made staff aware the next morning when I checked out so they could address it before I next guest checked in. This is the first issue I have ever had, and I stay at this location on a regular basis. It’s definitely the best value for the money in this area.

My driver checked in the room for two days, he stepped at for work in morning and when he came back midnight he couldn’t get in his room because simply they reserved it for someone else who was sleeping already with my personal stuff and belongings! Never heard of such situation, they kept him in the lobby for one hour to find him another room and get his bag and personal stuff. Need a full refund of both nights at least for the inconvenience and the front desk staff attitude who didn’t know what to do!!!!
