The staff was great, the breakfast was right on point. The beds were comfortable and clean. The place was functional. Unfortunately, this place is slowly being eaten by the saltwater. This is a motel style place where your room door is accessible to the world. Our deadbolt wouldn't close because the bolt didn't line up with the receiver. When the maintenance person came to look at it, we were told that there was nothing they could do (which I agreed with, the door needs rehung and the rusted frame needs replaced) and that there were several doors with the same problem. The Inn was full so we couldn't be moved. So we put a chair under the door handle when we went to bed. Not a great comfort for a family with small kids.

The staff was great as was the view. The room... well the bed was stains under the sheets that i could see, the future was worn the lights in the bathroom were burnt out, the floor was dirty, someone contact was dried to the bathroom floor, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel generator and the water to the toilet keep making the pipes litterly roar to life. Should have probably asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else.

Exterior of building is deteriorating and mossy, roofs do not look good. Got a call before the stay saying they lost power, the card reader is broken, and we could have a refund. We finally found the place, looked at the exterior and immediately took the refund. I feel this property has been falsely advertised. It’s right on the harbor with nice view, and we were told by another property that it will be renovated then it might be ok.
